They're great! I've used them twice in the last couple of months. Very accommodating to the customer's needs, dependable, competitively-priced. Small or large jobs, they will do what's needed.

In March 2024 we moved furniture, lamps and other possessions of my father-in-law from his condo to several places using M&L Moving & Junk Removal LLC. I know many of the readers will agree with me that good moving companies and their crews can be hard to find. I am a witness, however, that web research and reading a lot of reviews can pay off. I wittled down my choice to M&L and I am happy I did.
The M&L front office coordinator was THE EASIEST to work with in my now 20 moves I have had to set up in my lifetime. The crew, led by Mike - a stickler for doing things right and staying in close communication with the customer, packed, accounted for, and then delivered the correct items to the correct two destinations.
They will be my choice for my own next move!

Way beyond my expectations! The team has the perfect balance of cordial conversation from the office all the way up to extremely professional in the service you contact for. And they do it so well I will not be looking for any other company for the services they provide. I just wish they offered more services!!!

I don't typically do reviews but, this company is AMAZING!!! We booked them to assist us in our move. Between the time that we booked them and our move, I suffered a medical incident which prevented me from lifting anything over 10lbs...so this changed the dynamics of our request. This company seeminglessly adjusted to our needs, and moved us in a very professional fashion. Not only would I recommend them, we're planning to use their services again (very soon)!

Update September 2023: I had another great experience with M+L Moving! They helped me move and remove furniture from our guest bedroom to get our nursery started. Mike and George worked fast, professionally, and everything was put together nicely. M+L Moving is our family’s preferred movers and we will continue to work with them for any of our moving/junk removal needs!July 2020: I had the best experience with M&L Moving and Junk removal. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse and my quote was the best I found in the Triangle area.The moving team did a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way and arrived well within the 1 hour window I was quoted. The 3 men worked fast and efficiently. Before I knew it, my furniture was safely broken down with all the boxes moved into the truck and it was time to drive over to the new place. The crew did an amazing job taking apart my furniture (bed, large desk, and TV) and putting it back together at my new house. M&L did such an amazing job protecting my items and my walls in the house from damage that my MIL (who came over later that day) exclaimed that the movers I hired did a phenomenal job...she couldn't find any holes or damage to my white walls which amazed her! The guys also took care of my old couch that I needed to be removed.I'm so happy I used M&L Moving and Junk Removal for my move into my first house!! I will use them whenever I have any more moving and/or junk removal needs!

From the receptionist (Ms. Pleasants) to the movers (Mike & George), everyone involved with M&L Moving & Junk Removal provided friendly, accommodating, and efficient service. I was also pleased to learn that they regularly donate to charitable organizations any reusable items they collect from their customers, thereby minimizing additions to the landfill.

Just had a very positive experience with M&L! Quick response to my initial inquiry and excellent follow up from Ms. Pleasant, who was able to answer our questions and get our job set up for the next day. Mike and George were on time and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend this company!

Mike and his team was fantastic!! Ms. Pleasant who handles the apts to following up on the schedule was friendly and kind. Great customer service and communication was clear and smooth process. They are reliable and honest company. George was a great strong worker. They even came when it rained or shine they helped my elderly mother get her junk cleared out of her house after 40 years. If you can only image netflix hoarders it was cleared out!!! They went the extra miles to have things stress free for me. And what's great is that they try to donate the things to the right place to have a good home and not just end up in the landfills. Very professional people. I am glad I choose them and very much appreciate the service they did! Prompt and efficient!
