I was very pleasantly surprised to see they now offer parking lot delivery to your car. It was great. I needed a part, purchased it online, drove to the store and let them know what parking spot I was in and they brought it right out. The whole process was very quick and painless. And they didn't charge any extra. I ended up getting the part I needed faster and cheaper than Amazon!

We went for bbq grill last week, and Keith the manager went above and beyond when helping us figuring out our grill selection. We are very satisfied with the help and professionalism that he provided.

My visit to this particular Lowe's had me looking for something difficult to find. John W. saw me and asked how he could help. John kept working on finding something that I could use that was as close as possible to what I was looking for. He walked with me to about 3 different areas until we found the closest thing to what I was looking for. John would not give up! While we were looking, John got assistance from Theresa L. Theresa assisted another customer then came back to John and I to help until she actually spotted the item in the last area. I've never had anyone from any Lowe's give that much time and attention and show as much care as John and Theresa. They both made me feel appreciated as a customer. For that, I truly appreciate John and Theresa for their kind, caring and thoughtful work. Great Job Lowe's in hiring those two!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered flooring (not a lot) to be picked up at the North Durham location. It’s been passed to a 3rd location after this one was magically sold out after saying it was in stock! (N Durham, this location, then Chapel Hill) because this store (along with others) had nobody to cut the flooring. Nobody had the skills nor were competent enough to fulfill my order. I wasted 4 trips to these locations and ended up being late returning to work EACH time and waited for 30+ minutes EACH time for absolutely nothing because NOBODY knows what they’re doing. I paid $143 for flooring after getting emails that it’s ready for pick up and when I go nobody can fulfill my request. I asked to speak with a manager at the Chapel Hill location and after 20 min NOBODY CAME!! I honestly am starting to believe this is a race issue and I will not tolerate that at all! I am completely done with Lowe’s you’re a horrific, unprofessional and incompetent company that absolutely refuses to deliver on your product! I will never shop here again my right hand in the Bible! I can’t even get Corporate on the phone! I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT AND REFUND ME ASAP! You all are ruining my renovation and causing me distress by constantly making me wait around for nothing when you know you can’t fulfill my order. STOP SELLING FLOORING IF YOU CANT PROVIDE IT! I was just told there would be a $79.99 fee for them to deliver it! How is that possible when they won’t even cut the flooring? Corporate I need answers ASAP! I still am yet to get my flooring after it’s been almost 24 hrs!

I've constantly had issues with large orders here but this is the last straw. I decided to have this one delivered. They never set foot on my property (I have cameras) and yet claim it was delivered today. I paid extra for it to be delivered today. I have no way to contact their customer support right now. There is no image of the delivery supplied. Issue after issue with this company. I gave up on in-store pick-up because things are never ready when they say they are and I end up waiting for hours anyways.

Lowe's has poor return policies. And no customer loyalty. I spent tens of thousands of dollars here and they won't return a simple thing cuz I don't have a receipt. It's imperfect shape. I will not spend my money at Lowe's anymore.

I had an appointment with J.S. between 2:00-2:15, and she was with someone else, no problem. However I made it very clear that I had to leave by 2:45, to get my grandson off the school bus. I was there at 2:05. At 2:26, J.S. never acknowledged the fact that I was there. I stood there close to her desk, so that she could see me. I walked around her desk, then I just sat down at the desk beside her. A young lady and gentlemen came up to the desk that I was sitting at and asked if I was waiting for J.S. and I said yes. After another few minutes, I asked the gentleman what time it was and he said 2:26. I told him that I had an appointment with J.S. and all I need to do was sign some paperwork and I couldn't come back. He apologized and asked J.S. about the paperwork that I needed to sign. At first she seemed to ignore him and he asked her again. She seemed irritated with him for interrupting her, but he did say excuse me. When he asked her about the paperwork, she asked what is her name, oh that's C's customer, the paperwork is in the desk over there and just need to sign it. She was very rude and unprofessional. I was told that she would go over everything and explain the changes, but of course she did. She wasn't very friendly, at least not to me. I do understand that this department may be under staff and busy, but that is still no reason to treat people like trash. Once I finish with my project and them off, I will never shop there again. My kitchen project started in August and it still hasn't been completed as of yet. I pray that it will be done before Thanksgiving.

Horrific experience, still no resolution almost a month after i paid thousands for a floring job. 1800 cusromer support is very apologetic, and are fully aware, but cannot get the store to resolve the issue despite real efforts. I ordered product available in stock, and 3 weeks later was told they are waiting for materials. I asked for substitution, and store emplyees including store GM, Shamari, has failed to provide a substitution for several days. I love Lowes, but will never do business with this location again, and would warn anyone to avoid any remodel jobs with them. Their logistics are nonexistant, and the specific stores customer service etiquette is in the negatives. Home depot is about to get a new regular customer.

Completely over staffed and under qualified! This store never has its store inventory correct for anything! I always dread coming to this store, but especially today; I waited and am still currently waiting well over half hour to get some help in the paint department. Not impressed... but I'll be back tomorrow for more!

My husband and I had great experience with Olga the manager, she was very sweet, even got me a chair because I wasn’t feeling well, we purchased a washer and dryer’s and refrigerator because of her, she is awesome at customer service and she was also very knowledgeable about items we purchased. Five stars awesome worker.
