Went there recently to buy a Miele washing machine. Had outstanding support by Margaret. She was very knowledgeable and thanks to her tips and information I was able to troubleshoot a delivery problem within the 2 days time window. Also kudos to the delivery company who was hired by Lowe’s. The guys do an outstanding job and even came by on a Sunday to fix a problem. I have a totally new appreciation for Lowe’s. Also their delivery fees is a fraction what other companies like Ferguson charge.

They took advantage of my wife, they sold her a craftsman pressure washer that was used and broke. When I returned there with the recite they would not take it back. They gave me a phone number to craftsman which told me they don't handle this as well as lowes gives this same number to every customer knowing that department has repeatedly told them not to give it to or mislead customers. But lowes cares nothing about there customers or doing what's right to fix the problem. So now I have to drive it to there repair shop over a hour away and who knows when I will get it back or its condition. I will not buy alot of there products no more. As well as considering canceling my credit card. Update, I took it to there repair shop today and was charged 65.00 for them to look at lowes mess. Please beware buying power products from lowes. And was told there would be a 2 month wait for them to even look at it. Wow another update, I called the phone number that was gave to me below from what said owner of lowes in comments below, but it to was a bust.its like putting salt on a wound every time lowes said call another number. I'm done with lowes!!!! Have you all noticed the comments below telling me to contact a number he or she provided to me to call and make me happy and resolve my issue has no contact number for the one who wrote me back. Yep beware folks. Update as of 4 30 24 I got the pressure washer back, now worse than ever. I was told today to take it. To another shoshropaleigh nc. over a hour away and pay another 65 dollars because the lastashop in Burlington made matters so much worse. All I can say is. I'm contacting our news trouble shooter enogh is enough!!!!another update, 5 15 2024 the number below where. Lowes commented to call was no help either. I have to edit this post because they cut off my review options. The number listed in lowes comments was no help one all. We still have a pressure washer that is no good from the day we bough it. Don't trust lowes!!!!!

Customer service is a zero. One star is too much. I waited 30 minutes for service not a problem. Once the person got back there he just stood there like special Ed. We spoke to him told him what we wanted he still said nothing. He spilt the lumber we said thank you He still said nothing. I needed insulation unfortunately got the same nasty person again. I spent 184.00 in this store and got treated like I was bothering him. Other employees all through the store was nice and friendly. This person should be fired he’s nasty and rude.

This location is well maintained. Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Lawn and garden. Your staff is super friendly. When it comes to help or loading your car, they are on it. Great job Lowe's. Your employees are off the chain.

My 18 year old Kenmore dishwasher died. Went to Lowes today to buy a new one. The associate who helped me was Mike. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the pros and cons of the ones I was considering. I would definitely recommend lowes for appliance purchase.

No one answers the phone. I have a question I need answered before wasting gas driving 45 minutes to the store and I have been on the phone for 25 minutes of non stop ringing. No one picks up what a joke
