Carried my truck to Lonnies for an inspection and instead of trying them trying to sell another additional service, that's all they did to my satisfaction. Great job done at a reasonable price. They have also worked on my Audi, great job done there as well. Lonnies is an automotive shop that you trust.

Transparent, professional, honorable. Had $800 of work done and had to come back a few days later for part to be shipped, they said just leave and you can pay later when the part is installed.

Lonnie’s is the place to go for expert mechanical service. One of my cars is 26 yrs old and they do a great job of keeping it in great shape. Lonnie runs an honest business and will never tell you to do anything that doesn't need to be done. I highly recommend Lonnie’s to work on your vehicle.

They are both honest and very good. I looked for an honest mechanic after I moved here four years ago, and finally found them. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends. Sometimes they fix small things and don’t charge me anything. They are excellent!

I want to give Lonnie’s a 5 star plus rating!! I was visiting family in Durham and I’m from Virginia! My car broke down on a very busy road in Durham ! Lonnie’s worked me in their very busy schedule so I could get home !! They were extremely nice friendly and helpful! My car was back on the road the next day!! Highly recommend this business very professional and fair prices and to me being helpful and friendly means a lot ! Thank you to Lonnie’s and his team for helping me!!

My car had a small issue, but one that needed to be fixed in order for me to use the car. Brian fit me in same day, fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me. This is the second time we’ve gone to Lonnie’s and received excellent service. Honest, competent, professional, kind and respectful. GREAT people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++

Great job repairing my 2017 wagon. The team took the time to double check a specific bracket and discovered that the dealer was incorrect with a recommendation, which resulted in a savings of several thousands of dollars. I definitely recommend bringing your BMW to Lonnie’s!
