God help anybody who has to deal with the medical records department in this office. I was on the phone with them for over 7 minutes before they bothered to look the pt up even though I started the call with that information. I wouldn't send my dog here!

My mother and I have used Lincoln Community Health for quite some time and they have been very accommodating, up until today. My mother, normally excited to use Lincoln and spread the word to others, rushed back from her appointment due to the poor service from a front desk person named Sonya. At a place where so many people here are amazing, with great personalities and love their job, it is easy to weed out the people who are the complete opposite. Sonya was rude, sarcastic, refused to provide information, and difficult to communicate with. When asked the offices break hours (to avoid coming at the wrong time) she responded “i’m not going to give you my lunch hours.” when that wasn’t the question asked. We hope that Lincoln can continue to be a place where many can come to use their services provided. As long as people like Sonya work there and her performance goes uncorrected, this building will not last.

The clinic is actually ok. I have issue with the three nurses that laughed and made fun of my mom's hair as they walked out of the building. Grow up. We could hear you. My mom loves her hair. I love it too. I don't judge folks by how they look. You're in healthcare so you definitely shouldn't. If you are grossly overweight, wearing a sloppy doo rag on your head, jeans two sizes too small...don't laugh at other people. Tighten up and be professional.

Yall have the rudest worker at the desk she has a nasty attitude and an idgaf personality and thats not how you should be at work especially Lincoln organization your whole ideal is very rude and will most likely get you cussed out by someone who isn't so nice you don't speak to no one like that especially your patients but it's ok because I will be coming up there to speak to someone. The way you spoke to my mother today before she even stepped foot into the building and you gonna say you don't care the lady with the braids and nails she came to the door and aaid she did not care but it's ok tho

I recently had an appointment with the dentist and I had a great experience from the checking in process, to the dentist. The staff was very friendly and the Dentist answered all my questions, before I asked.I would highly recommend this place, I have nothing negative to say about them…

Lincoln provides great service with caring professionals. They set a high standard for other affordable care facilities to meet. I definitely recommend Lincoln to the insured and underinsured.

I couldn't tell you how good the Dr's are or anything bc when I called they told me they couldn't take me as a dental patient. Why? Bc I'm too poor. I have no income and they only take people with an income so I guess that means I'm too poor for them, yet they proudly say they want to help their community. I'm in pain everyday. After I eat, when I wake up, all day long my mouth hurts. I couldn't even tell the woman I talked to that I'm a disabled adult dependent. My parents provide for me and I could easily show them how much my mom gets a month in alimony. But nope she hung up.

I started taking my daughter to Lincoln pediatrics about 4months ago (keep in mind she’s 4months) and the first time i went it was okay, i registered and they attended me few minutes after my actual appointment. The next follow up appointments they took forever. The lady in the check in window by the family/kids waiting room had a face with an attitude, but with people she knew she was all friendly. I would go to my appointments and wait a hour and a half just so they can see my baby for like 15mins and leave. KEEEP in mind that i would also wait inside when they would call me in. I moved so i live 40mins away from Durham. But i decided to stay with Lincoln for them to take there time to attend me. My daughter pediatrician is a really nice lady i like how she treats her but i can’t be doing that for the next few years. I’ve come to conclusion that ima change her to another pediatrics.
