I've always loved Light Years! I had a great experience today with the employees at the Southpoint Mall location. The woman working converted two pairs of earrings to clip-on earrings for me, and she did it a few different ways to see what I liked best. I really appreciated the effort, and the final products looked great!

I love going in this shop when I visit Raleigh-Durham area, the selection is well curated and changes regularly but I can always find fun and very nice small gifts at a nice price.

Can't shop there. Insence burning my eyes. It used to be one of my favorite places. They obviously did too well, customers are nothing.

I could spend hours in this store, browsing through their cute selection of sterling silver/gold & costume jewelry. The store is split up by type of jewelry, but the higher quality jewelry pieces are still super affordable. They get new shipment every week & are always trying to find fun & cute things. The employees are friendly & not overbearing, giving you the freedom to browse on your own unless you have a question or need something. Much prefer this over employees in other stores who follow you around everywhere, bombarding you with current promotions & not leaving you alone for 5 mins. I definitely recommend LightYears for gifts for yourself, family & friends!

I love all their jewelry. I have bought rings. Necklaces and other stuff here. I love how everything is one of a kind. I like how even so I am a man they have jewelry for both genders.I love how everything is hand madeMy only con is sometimes things can be overly pricey but it’s worth it cause you get high quality.

This is probably my favorite store at Southpoint. They have a lot of very small, inexpensive stud earrings to choose from, which I appreciate because those are pretty much the only style of earrings I wear. They also have a little gift shop-type area with a great selection of fun socks.

I don’t know if I have something hanging from my nose or what when I come here with my wife. They are constantly watching us. I joke that we are about to go into the store where they watch you. I get theft but come on. It’s rude at a certain point and it happens - EVERY - time

Where do I start lol. They know me when I walk in. I’ve come since the mall opened and I always by the .925 sterling silver rings. They are so beautiful. They allow me to try on as much as I want and I allow them to cut tags off because I will not come back to refund them. Thank you ladies.

I got a bunch of rings from here about 2 weeks ago and they have all worn terribly! My gold rings turned silver and my silver rings turned rose gold or made my finger green! For the cost and no return policy I was expecting them to last more than 2 weeks! Will not be back here for jewelry!!

The shop was okay. Jewelry at great prices but hated my experience here. Worst service ever. No one greeted me when I walked in today Bc they were too busy gossiping to each other. It's such a quiet store and I was the only one in there, it was awkward to just listen to them chatting. Never offered to help me. Seemed bothered when I asked them a question. I bought 7 neckalaces. They give you not basket. I put them around my hard to keep them untangled. How else should I hold them? Would be great if the workers checked how you were doing and held your pieces up front once you selected some and continued to shop but they didn't. When I went up to pay and handed the worker my neckalaces they got tangled. Worker was clearly irritated and beyond dramatic about them. Insisting they were so tangled and she couldn't untangle them. I was over her attitude and drama and was like let me just untangle them at home. I've never worked at a jewelry store in my life and was able to untangle these in 45 seconds. I don't understand why this was such a thing for the employee and why they were so rude.
