I will always recommend Liberty Tax Services to anyone looking to file as
I've used them for the past few years and I've never come across an issue with the services or the staff providing them. I even looked into participating in the tax accounting courses they provide for those interested. They always have my vote!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IN DURHAM. So many issues. Did not get a printed copy of returns, first name was spelled wrong, did not submit tax forms to IRS right away and was also charged $500 with the new customer discount! ??????????

would not recommend. I filed 1/31 and had to return at a later date to receive my personal copies of my information, which was not the case at any other liberty tax I've used. In addition, my taxes were filed incorrectly which grossly impacted my refund. Because their by-the-document fee is so expensive, they will be receiving 1/2 of my refund as opposed to the less than 1/5 it would have been had the original filing and calculation been done correctly. At this societal moment, folk's financial stability is more critical than ever.
