“I brought My big black comforter in recently, don’t have the washer for cleaning it myself. It’s been needing it since it stopped being cold, just hadn’t got around to bringing it haha, anyway it was covered in my dogs hair, easily done being half lab. Hard to get off of things. They did a great job! My comforter felt brand new, hairless (lol) and soft and smelling good. Super happy! Will use again! Thank you!”

“As a newcomer to Durham, I was in the market for a good dry cleaner! So glad I found this one. I love the drive-thru option, which is easy and quick. And, I recently had a gas station epic failure where the hose began shooting gas all over my car and clothes after shutting off! After Googling "remove gasoline smell" I had my fingers crossed that dry-cleaning would work. My essential sweater jacket was clean and odorless. I recommend them highly.”

“Tried this place because it was local, had to get a number of suits dry cleaned. The lady was very sweet working here and was willing to help. She mentioned she could get my suits dry cleaned in a certain time frame. The cost was reasonable as well, about $10.99 per two piece suit. Sadly she wasn't able to do an alteration I needed done which was a bummer, since I have to find someone to do quality work on a suit. Good local business!”
“I use this laundromat when I have blankets to wash. I hadn't been there in a long while, but went to wash some blankets to donate for Hurricane Helene relief. The attendant who was there on 10/4/24 at around 11 AM was so nice and helpful; she saw me looking lost and helped me buy a card and showed me how to use the card in the washer and dryer. We chatted about wanting to help and feel useful. This is a HUGE laundromat, with plenty of washing machines and plenty of dryers, and it's CLEAN.
If I were to quibble about one thing, it would be the Fox News playing on the TV at the back of the place. Why put something so polarizing on? Given how many people have to bring their children with them, perhaps some children's programming might be more appropriate.”

As a vendor, the local branch is again, great and they prioritize there business and there customers which only motivates me to do the same and to ensure my team is also! Which is why I try to put in the late nights and weekends to ensure they can meet their customers expectations.
The truck repair industry can be tough no matter what industry the customer is in. If they have trucks, most companies don’t realize aside from the core business they have, they also have a fleet of trucks which is an entirely different challenge. Hinestly, over the last 20 years owning repair shops in multiple states I can say most companies focus on the service they provide to their customer and let the trucks go until they do not go anymore then they call the repair vendor and expect a instant solution to a problem that took weeks to reach the level of “Broke”. And in most cases you can’t fix Broke. Without replacing what broke and identifying the underlying issue that caused to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
As a shop Owner, I call those customers yesterday’s revenue. Because 95% fail the other 5% sell there problems to someone else.
HOWEVER!! TARHEEL is not like that, I can attest first hand that they prioritize driver safety and truck maintenance to ensure the safest vehicle and best return on investment. Which also plays into customer service in a big ways

“I wash and dry my clothes here at regency and the washers and dryers are pretty good, but some of the dryer's have a gum like film in them that left streaks on my shirts and a few pair of shorts. I left my brand new tee shirts with a lady who does the cleaning of the dryer's and washers and sweeps the floor. She said they would either get the gun out or pay me for my tee shirts. She took my name and phone number. I called back to see if they gotten my tee shirts and the lady said they were not responsible for any clothing. But the lady i left them with saw the gum in the dryer's and said they would take care of it for me either way. I don't recommend even doing clothes there anymore because of how hateful the attendant was to me on the phone and told me she didn't have the tee shirts. I saw the lady take the clothes back to the office and laid them down along with my information. Very Hateful people there that work there and are very fast at cutting you off and hanging up during a conversation.”

“RUGS are insanely expensive to wash (I have a washable dining room rug). I brought it to White Star for a quote -- almost $250! Then the (very nice) woman pointed out that I could use one of the large washers to clean it. $10 later, I have a spotless rug. White Star even spotted me the detergent. You pay by phone: 30 minute wash cycle. I'm drying the rug in my backyard though they also have large dryers. 10/10 recommend!”
