The stote was fine I guess, but I ran into an aggressive panhandler in the parking lot and had a creepy gentleman follow me around the store until I had to turn around and confront him. It just doesn't feel like a safe experience.
I never did find the shoes that I came for let alone get a chance to look around. Deeply uncomfortable experience

I mostly go here to drop off Amazon returns. I do like the old fashioned department store experience from an aesthetic standpoint but for some reason this Kohl's makes me a little claustrophobic. also if it's not on sale or you don't have a coupon you're going to pay more for it here. check out the prices of the oxo good grips utensils, I think the pizza cutter was like $20, the same one they sell at Harris Teeter for $12-13. and prices for kitchen / cooking stuff at Harris Teeter have always been on the high side.

This was my first time at Kohl's store and I didn't know it was a one stop store. It has everything a person might need. The store staff was very friendly and efficiently in during their jobs. I was impressed by the quality of the clothes and the affordable prices. I'm plan to return in a few days. I was treated as a valued customer.

Angie the sales associate at Kohl’s was so friendly patient and kind. I didn’t have my card with me and she took the time to look it up and apply my discount! Thank you Angie your customer service. You are very sincere and you’re so very pleasant.

Neat and organized. I've never seen it so neat. Good selection. Only drawback was, except for the cashiers, I never saw a salesperson to ask a question.
