I picked them because of the five star reviews, however, the woman that answered the phone was so rude, I can't imagine doing business there. I will swing by with my repairs, and see how the vibe is.

Don’t even bother going to a chain in the mall or anywhere else - this is THEE place to go to!!By far the best experience at any jeweler I’ve ever had! My fiancé (then boyfriend) and I came here in Jan 2024 to look at engagement rings and found them via google. As soon as we entered the shop we’re were met with the most warm hello from Regina! We didn’t know anything really about jewels or rings and she was so sweet, patient and informative of on the different diamond options. She went over lab vs natural diamond, and the different cuts and clarity to help us understand what it all means.When designing my engagement ring she took her time with us, we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. When the diamonds and band we ordered to try on she would let me take my time to see what I liked. What was also amazing is that the actual John David who makes the jewelry came out and chatted with us as well about everything we needed to know about engagement rings making the experience that much more special and cool!They made the ring shopping experience extremely enjoyable and made our engagement experience very memorable. It felt amazing to be able to know the people who were making my ring and felt go to support a small local business.We’ll 110% be going back for our wedding bands as well.

Highly skilled, kind, knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful to every client. The jewelers and staff are the best I have ever dealt with in 80 years. They remember your tastes and recipients of past purchases. They have repeatedly saved me when I have appeared in the shop just having realized it is THE day of an anniversary, birthday or holiday. Many lovely pieces from estates and other new creations. Never have they failed to ensure that I and my “target” are thrilled with my purchase.

My Fiancée and I worked with Dave to design our engagement ring. Dave was more than kind in the process, giving us all the time we needed to discuss every detail, big or small. Dave imparted his years of experience with our design specifications and worked with our budget. We could not have had a better experience.The end result is nothing short of perfect, every aspect of what we had imagined was captured in the final piece. I discovered John David Jewelers while looking for a nearby shoe repair shop.A very happy accident.I had a gold chain whose S clasp broke. Those are soft and not meant for daily open & shut. A clasp repair is not a big sale. It was a big deal for me as I’d had the chain out of commission for months and while it’s simple, it’s one of my favorites.Regina was super nice and also helped me find a delicate gold chain for two pendants that I’d not been wearing for lack of a nice chain.I don’t wear a lot of jewelry and I was impressed by the beauty of the locket & bird necklace (was it an antique brooch??) she wore. I like interesting pieces. I also appreciate being treated well. Regina was awesome!I’m always intimidated by the fussy-ness of jewelry stores. I feel the same way about high end shops. Some can be very unwelcoming. If you know, you know. My little purchase was nothing and I was made to feel like such a big deal.It costs nothing to be kind and it means everything to the customer. ❤️

I needed to take off my wedding ring prior to having surgery, but my knuckle was too swollen. I couldn't walk very much because of a broken kneecap so the jeweler came out to my car and cut the ring off and didn't charge for his services. This type of customer service went above and beyond and was much appreciated.

For my fifth anniversary my husband bought me a new wedding band. I had a very specific design in mind and John was eager to help! Not only did he bring my idea to life, he was able to find Montana sapphires to place along the band! It's beautiful and compliments my original ring perfectly!

I stopped by this location because a clasp on a necklace my mother gave me had broke.The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They got me exactly what I needed and luckily, they were able to repair my necklace on the spot.I highly recommended John David and team!

If you are looking for a jeweler to take care of your needs on a personal level. Look no further than John David Jewelers! It is by far the best experience I had when I was searching for an engagement ring for my wife. I had a custom ring design in mind to pay homage to our Scottish Heritage. Every other jeweler said it couldn’t be done at the price point I was looking for, David told me he could get it done in 2 weeks - and in a platinum band no less! Needless to say, I haven’t taken my business anywhere since. I have always been treated like family when I walk in and if John David Jewelers do not have what you are looking for, they will get it for you at the best price possible. I am so happy to have found them and will continue going to them for all my jewelry needs. If you’re reading this, you should too… you won’t regret it!!

John David did what one shop wanted to charge an arm and leg to do at a fraction of the quality, and another shop flat out said no to doing. My mom gifted me an old ring to serve as my engagement ring at work because I’m in healthcare (gloves and my engagement ring are not friends). However, her ring was a size 7, and I’m a 5.25, so I had to find someone who would size it down and tighten the diamonds in the ring. John David did an AMAZING job and the rings looks brand new and beautiful. And they did it at an affordable price. I couldn’t be happier!
