“I had a watch that was over 30 years old & needed a refresh. It that had stopped ticking, & the silver band & face was scratched.
When I got it back from Reeds it looked like a completely new watch. They brought it back to life. The face of it looked amazing & the silver had so much shine I couldn't believe it was the same watch. Their customer service was also great when I left the watch & picked it up.

“Don’t even bother going to a chain in the mall or anywhere else - this is THEE place to go to!!By far the best experience at any jeweler I’ve ever had! My fiancé (then boyfriend) and I came here in Jan 2024 to look at engagement rings and found them via google. As soon as we entered the shop we’re were met with the most warm hello from Regina! We didn’t know anything really about jewels or rings and she was so sweet, patient and informative of on the different diamond options. She went over lab vs natural diamond, and the different cuts and clarity to help us understand what it all means.When designing my engagement ring she took her time with us, we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. When the diamonds and band we ordered to try on she would let me take my time to see what I liked. What was also amazing is that the actual John David who makes the jewelry came out and chatted with us as well about everything we needed to know about engagement rings making the experience that much more special and cool!They made the ring shopping experience extremely enjoyable and made our engagement experience very memorable. It felt amazing to be able to know the people who were making my ring and felt go to support a small local business.We’ll 110% be going back for our wedding bands as well.”

“I went here to get a ring repaired and another ring sized. I'd been to a competitor a couple of years ago to get one of these same rings repaired. What a completely different experience. The sales people at Hamilton Hill were very warm and friendly. The goldsmith who was going to do the actual repair met with me, explained what he would be able to do and gave me a choice with the estimated cost. It was by far less expensive than the estimate I received from the competitor. I am very, very happy with the result and so glad I chose Hamilton Hill.”

“Wide selection of rare items. My wife loves the Fulani earrings. Artist are actually there selling their art during shows. Ask for Hakim by name he is always helpful and he can look at a face and see challenges far in advance in time to keep things in check. They have a line of deodorant that does not hurt my sensitive skin. There is even a knowledgeable notary public there or on call just a few minutes away.Some of my favorite items are the hand bound journals the bamboo spears and staffs with the crystal or glass tips.My wife loves the henna artist that can come to the store and create henna works of art that are breathtaking.The unique collection of books like "Fatina and the gold Adornments" by S.M. Sheikh.Then, there is the jewelry. One of a kind artisan made pieces that stand out in a crowd. The bags like the over the shoulder denim two tone blue bag put such a smile on one customers face I had to take a picture. ? Exotique is one of thoses stores that you have to visit several times a year to get the full breathe of the items that are constantly brought up and replaced with a seemingly endless supply of eclectic gems from over 40 local artists from around the world. Where else are you going to find a Nnenna Freelon's grammy nominated cd selling next to an 8 year olds first commissioned very beautiful art "two dogs". I took pictures but go see for yourself and let me know if I am off even a little bit.”

I went here twice with two large orders of some of my mothers very nice jewelry that needed some repairs and the team really took care of my precious pieces that mean so very much to me. The repairs were completed in a reasonable timeline and everyone was very responsive and respectful. Ray helped me the most and made me feel like my jewelry was in good hands. “This location has stellar customer service! I visited on Saturday 5/10/25 to try and get a replacement for a lost earring. The earrings were highly sentimental to me since my fiancé had customized them with each detail having symbolic meaning personal to us. So when I realized I lost one and found that the style was no longer available online, I decided to visit in person to see if anything could be done. The sales associate that assisted me was so caring and truly went above and beyond to help. She checked through all of the stores stock and was able to find the correct stones but not the setting. She called another location and was able to secure the desired setting/frame, but that store didn't have the correct stones. This amazing associate made arrangements so that the stones from the Southpoint location could be taken to the North Hills location to be mounted into the correct frames. Myself and my earrings are whole again. I hope the associate that helped me sees this because I cannot thank you enough or explain how much this act of kindness meant to me. I think my fiancé will continue to buy Kendra Scott items for each anniversary after this experience!”

“I visited this place for the first time this afternoon to get my ears pierced. When I first arrived, she welcomed me warmly and answered all of my questions kindly and in detail. When I mentioned that my earlobes were uneven, she carefully redrew the dots each time and asked if I was okay with the placement. It didn’t hurt at all, and she was incredibly gentle and kind! I’d love to come back in six weeks to buy earrings. My ears are a little sore right now, but that’s completely normal after getting them pierced. I highly recommend this place! ????”
“The manager was the sweetest person ever. The flower of my charm had come off and I didn’t have warranty on it and she still replaced it. I just paid $8 for the warranty on the new one!! Last time I came the employee wasn’t the nicest and wasn’t able to accommodate me (understandably so since I didn’t have warranty) which today totally made up for it!!”
