Trust my saying that I am meticulous and I have critique skills without wanting to observe employees who interact with the public on a large scale. I.E., workers that perform and it'll probably show up if it's just a paycheck, and then there are employees who are naturals and perform right in front of my eyes mastering as Boost Mobile employees. I'm talking about being extremely knowledgeable answering questions, fixing, troubleshooting customer concerns AND these two multitask as they do what they do. People person's! I applaud that energy. Always real, always pleasant especially when they're in the Zone/handling it or doing what they do well. I've seen them at work and I give them big credit too, customers interrupting when they're with a customer. I couldn't do it. Being interrupted.So Corporate Headquarters, their Regional Manager down to District Manager level.......take notice. Just my opinion, these employees are making you money and as such must be VALUED!
