I ordered a custom bass through them. I was told 10 months. 13 months later, no bass. I wrote to cancel the order and was told I would receive my deposit back. Months later, no deposit. Communication is excessively poor.

Had a awesome purchasing experience with Sound Pure. They listened to my wants and needs. Long story short I ended up with a wonderful Martin 000-18. It has the best sound/ tone of any other Martin 000 or similar style guitars. Great customer experience. Highly recommend and am certain that I will be a repeat custom.
