I was told they would try to repair my bag. My bag was repaired and on time! Very satisfied with the service and turn around time.

I just got one of my loads of laundry out the dryer and it does not smell fresh. Also, several machines are out of order.I wouldn't even be here if the Tru by Hilton nearby had a laundry facility like I expected.
