Good pizza, decent beer menu. Good place to meet up with others with the ability to have a conversation and hear each other mid day on a Saturday.

We dined on a Friday busy evening and we waited maybe 10 mins for a table inside but had ample patio seating available. This was my first visit as we wanted to discover a new pizza place - I am personally on pizza binge of sorts ?. Great location but lot of construction going on around it; I found a paid parking spot but you can very well circle around to find free street parking. And of course very close to other restaurants, bars and venues. You scan the QR code on the table and order your drinks and food right from the Toast mobile point of sale. Very seamless and very smooth. You also have an option to leave the tab open and pay once at the end. I am not sure how it works if multiple people place and order from the same table.Food - we ordered two pizzas and an app for three people. Margherita and the one with mushroom. With the first bite you just know you are eating a good pizza - very good.Service - as mentioned Toast removes some of the interaction but the interactions that we did have were great - pleasant.Ambience - very laid back and casual. Good place to go with family and/or friends.Overall - I will go back.

This is a great spot for a drink and some GOOD pizza. They have a full bar but aren't able to make a few of the signature classic cocktails (no espresso martinis, no painkillers)I love the outdoor seating, they have tons of outdoor tables and some space inside. The pizza was really the star of the evening. We got the hot honey pizza and it was really delicious! Well balanced. I also loved the thin crust! The pizza isn't too cheesy which I appreciate as a lactose intolerant who still eats pizza every now and then.I will definitely be back here!

The pizzas are freshly made and awesome, and the beer is reasonably priced at least compared to some breweries nearby. Sometimes ordering with the app is great but on occasion it can be frustrating and sometimes we just don't want to be on our phone, only reason I didn't give five stars for service.

If you love Pizza. Give this place a shot. "One bite, everybody knows the rules". Eat it hot and fresh there and you're in for a treat.

Overall Rating: 5.4/10The food and experience were good enough but didn't wow me. It was alright, not something I'd rave about.Atmosphere / Service: 8.2/10The restaurant's distinctive setting is engaging from the moment you see the building and continues as you sit down and take in your surroundings. Initially unclear on the self-service format, a staff member helpfully called out instructions for self-seating and using the QR code for menu and ordering. The process was unexpectedly smooth, despite a typical preference for in-person ordering. The limited menu options were a minor drawback.Food:Margherita Pizza: 5.1/10The pizza, expected to be a standout given the sparse menu, was just adequate. It arrived quicker than anticipated, hinting at a possibly hastened baking process. The main detractor was the amount of grease, which was excessive, though the base was nicely crispy, and the cheese seemed to be good quality.Bean Dip / Chips: 5.9/10This appetizer was a pleasant surprise, providing a tasty complement to the pizza. The chips were seasoned with a unique blend that was initially enjoyable but became too strong after several bites.3 Pokegyms and 1 Pokestop which gave the place a nice added value for Pokemon Go users.Value: 5.8 / 10Considering the overall experience, the value seems appropriate, and there's some interest in giving the pizza another try in the future to see if the experience gives a different result.

Update: recently had to go Gluten free. I understand an up charge for a GF crust, but an up charge for a child size pizza is not acceptable. Won't be back until gluten intolerance is resolved - much better options for GF pizza locally.Best pizza in the triangle - I am a local and lived in Brooklyn for 5 years, so I am speaking with some knowledge

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for gourmet pizza last night so we decided to try Hutchins after reading their positive reviews. Well, we were there only 5 minutes and decided to leave for two reasons.First, the temperature inside the place was unbearable. With last night being a wet and cold night, we were wanting and expecting to sit somewhere warm and comfortable. That is not what we experienced however because the inside of this place felt exactly like it did outside.Second, the lady who approached us upon entering was not exactly friendly and told us that we needed to pick a seat, scan the QR code at the table, and order online. This was very disappointing. People go to a sit-down restaurant to receive service, not to have to do work on a mobile device. That kind of system is impersonal and inhospitable. It is also inconvenient, since not everyone carries a cell phone. We ended up going down the street to Pizzeria Toro, where we received warm and attentive service as well as a few kinds of delicious gourmet pizza. I highly recommend Pizzeria Toro! :)
