I went into H&R today thinking I was going to get another great counseling as last year by Carrie who was known as VIP however she told the very sweet front desk lady LINDA that she could not see me while making rude remarks while saying “that’s why you file early”. I was very shocked to hear such rude remarks from Carrie yet embarrassed as people where in the building. But Mrs.Linda and Nadezha who was also very professional and kind to me pointed me to Ericka Gamble who was very humble,patient, and kind with me and made time to help me.
These three women were awesome and changed my attitude, I once was going to put an horrible review but thanks to these 3 I will return. Mrs.Carrie customer service was TERRIBLE

Update: I just spoke to one of the management team (Heather) and she has stepped in to assist in correcting the issue. We appreciate the help!In summary, there were inaccuracies in our return and a lack of communication with us and the HR Block team. I'd recommend watching carefully and verifying all of the numbers that the Tax pro enters on your behalf, but overall you'll be able to find resolution if anything goes wrong.

My taxes were misfiled by a tax professional at this office and the IRS took out $400 more than what was supposed to be submitted.When I tried following up, the office started completely dodging my concern. They have ignored online messages, they have not returned phone calls, and even no showed my phone appointment.

My tax experience at this office was not good. My tax advisor would not respond to any of my messages, missed one of my scheduled meetings without notice, and submitted my taxes over a week late (even though I visited early enough to submit my taxes on time). For how much I paid H&R Block, I highly regret coming here!

You can take this a tip if you are reading this review before visiting the place.Be aware that you may have to pay a consultation fee even if you are not filing your tax returns with them. I paid a 50 dollar fee for 20 mins interaction with a senior consultant here. It was just an interaction where I did not get any satisfying response.It's better to check with them upfront on the charges before you begin any interaction. I'm not sure if they are as transparent as they are on the charges as they advertise. At least from my experience I was a bit surprised when I was charged for a service which was of no value.
