My partner and I come here regularly, we love the atmosphere, the staff are always willing to help and chat. Great recommendations every time! We have found wine here we can't find anywhere else in the area.

We never used to be wine shop people, but since the first time we tried this place years ago we won't go anywhere else. They're always willing to give advice and the recommendations are always spot-on for us. The thorough tasting notes are also very much appreciated.

Drew is the best! I can email him and ask him to curate a case for me, when I'm not in the mood to shop. I'll tell him what types of wines I'm enjoying at the moment and what price range I'm looking for, and he'll prepare the perfect case and even put it in the trunk of my car when I pull up outside the store. He's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wine. It's the perfect place.

I loved the great selection of wines, and the free wine tasting on Saturday was a nice added bonus. What I found quite blatantly obvious was how poorly my friends and I were treated vs. the other white groups there. It obviously shouldn’t matter how “young” a person looks or if they’re dressed much nicer but we literally got half the amount of tasting per, and when we had finished, I asked if I could try a little more of a particular wine I had enjoyed (which I ended up buying after), the lady literally gave me a hesitant response of, I guess I can give you a little more.... it was so uncomfortable that I honestly prob won’t ever go back to the wine tasting portion if it meant experiencing it this way

The owner (Drew) employees are always so friendly and helpful, and they really know their wine. They have choices at all price points for all occasions. We love to buy gifts here. We *love* this shop and have grown to love them even more during the pandemic. They're taking covid seriously (which we appreciate and makes us feel safe). Specifically, they have 6ft markers to distance customers from other customers and customers from employees (the checkout person distances from you while you're paying and placing the product on the counter, then you go back to your marker). They are taking care of their customers and themselves, which feels particularly great. If you're looking to support small businesses this holiday season who have great gift options, are taking covid seriously, and could help guide you in the right direction, this is the place!

I loved this shop before COVID-19, and I love it even more now! Drew does an amazing job of making wine pick up extremely quick, easy and safe. Pandemic aside, Drew is always friendly and helpful in suggesting wines, and respecting your budget. Unlike other wine stores, I can shop judgement free here and not feel like a l**** for not being a wine snob. Delicious wines, great value, great knowledge. I just recently moved further away from this location, but I will be driving out of my way to continue buying my wine here. Cheers!

I really appreciate the great service and excellent social distancing at Hope Valley Wine & Beverage in the Woodcroft shopping center. Drew and company are quick to respond, friendly, and professional. Great place to put in an order and have put in your car curbside.
