“I was greeted by Brian prior to entering the store. Once inside the store, I was pretty much invisible. I waiting for Brian to become available and received the help I needed! He took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks Brian!”
“I've gone here a few times before and had great experiences, but this last one takes the cake.
I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf.
After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it.
Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed.

A lot of the store is nice and organized Snd I love that if I need help there are people I can count on like dalton.”
“Well stocked and good selection. The Lowes app is pretty accurate at telling you what aisle things are on. Sometimes hard to get help on weekends when it is busy so just a heads up on that.”
