Very unprofessional. This shop wasted my whole week. I need to repair my bmw after a crash, made several calls and sent insurance estimates to multiple representatives on Thursday and Friday(Sara and Lucy). And they told me that I'll be reached back on Monday, but nobody contacted me. I called back and a lady whose name i don't know just hung up my call. I would NOT recommend BMW owners to have their car repaired here, even though it is BMW certified. There are several other BMW certified collision shops nearby, which are more responsive and professional than hendrick.

The service and work at Herdrick Collision was exceptional. They made it easy to deal with the insurance company, gave easy to understand estimates and had an Enterprise Car Rental on-site. All of the service and estimate agents were great, especially Stephen Matthew's, he handled my car repairs + insurance claim with great care. I highly recommend. Plus, the location was perfect for myself.

Fantastic experience! Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful. We are so glad that our car is fixed and it is fixed two days ahead of the schedule, which worked perfect for us as our little kids were missing our green car! Highly recommended!

I took my 2024 Cadillac Escalade to this Hendrick collision center for repairs after heavy front end damage from someone running a red light. When I picked my car up I was in Disbelief at how bad it looked, The car was delivered to me covered in dust from sitting in a rock parking lot, under the hood there was a bird nest, there was tons of trash and blemishes in the paint that the painted. They installed a head light and when they installed it they broke the corner of the new head light off because the new grill and bumper does not fit correctly. I expressed the problems to Brenton my service rep and he said he would order a new light and we could bring the car back to have the issues fixed. Its been over two months now and not a word from him and for over 3 weeks now we have called him and the front office with not even a return call back. Im notifying my insurance company and the other persons insurance company of the work and customer service I received, they should not be paid yet for this work. Worst customer service ever.
