This is my neighborhood grocery store, and it's always clean and organized. Today, I had trouble finding something, and when I mentioned it while checking out, Gail not only went to find it for me; she brought me three options to choose from. I really appreciate the help!

Harris Teeter is a great grocery store. There's a reasonable selection of organics. Fresh meat and vegetables. Clean and friendly.

I am giving NO STARS I had to put one to post my review but I believe in giving what is deserved.I had the worst experience ever at Starbucks in Harris Teeter at Hope Valley Commons. The young lady name tag says Kera and she does not need to be there with the attitude she has. She was absolutely rude and very nasty to me because I requested for my drink to be made over. Harris Teeter does not have to worry about me coming in there for nothing at all. And I will let my family know to stay away from that Starbucks as well. Thank you for hiring the wrong people for a wonderful company.
