My physician ordered a prescription for Kidney stones be filled at the Harris Teeter pharmacy (Erwin Square.) The pharmacy never notified me it was ready. I went into my Duke Chart and reached out to the pharmacy manager. She apologized and entered me into the notification system. Called the other Harris Tetter on Hillsboro Road, Durham closer to me and the pharmacy manager there on December 9, 2023 was even more rude. He told me he did not even see me in your system and he had people waiting. This is not acne medication, it is kidney stones and a delay in care.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this pharmacy. Helpful staff, clear communication, and pharmacist clearly intent on getting people what they need.
