I’ve been frequently visit this gym since December last year and I must say I love my experience every time! The staff here are very nice and I’m always happy to see them every time I come! “I really enjoyed working out at Crossfit RTP. The space is huge, the programming is solid, and the coaches are all knowledgeable and kind. My technique got a lot better, especially front squats ;), and I've had less injuries and pain.

Highly recommend it for both Crossfit veterans and newbies alike to check it out!”

“I’ve been at the southwest OTF for a year now, and I absolutely love it! I’ve been a slow runner for 20 years and had battled injuries. Never really liked lifting weights but know it’s important to do.
I had no idea how many benefits I would gain from the workouts. My heart recovery time from hard workouts has decreased significantly and I’m able to sprint the fastest I’ve ever run. I’ve built more muscle than I’ve ever had and the coaches are encouraging but don’t make you pick up weights that are too challenging. Having challenges each month helps keep me focused, the dance music atmosphere and lower light helps me forget that I’m kicking my own tail for an hour.
I’m getting compliments from friends constantly and all I can really say is that I’m doing a workout that I really enjoy! I recommend it to anyone who finds HIIT workouts and weights in an encouraging environment appealing. Also love my primary coaches Erinn and Jaay, whose enthusiasm and energy make the workouts (feel?) easier!”

“Orange Theory Fittness is the best workout experience I have had. I like having a heart rate monitor to show that I am working in the corect zone. I also like that all classes are different - you don't know what youmight be doing during the workout. It could be any combination of power walking/running, rowing, and floor work. The coaches are professional and have great attitudes. I am do glad I tried this workout because I am addicted. Come try a free class!”

“Update: I have now been attending Crossfit classes at North Durham CrossFit for a little over a year, and I haven't slowed down at all! A few months in, I upgraded my membership so I could attend more often. This week, I got to participate in a competition. I've found not only better fitness and more confidence but also a great community of supportive people. If you're on the fence about starting, you should give it a try, regardless of your current fitness level or experience.I've been going to this gym for about two months, and it's been a great experience! I had never done any CrossFit or weight lifting before, and the coaches were great about helping me learn the ropes and jump in. The other members have been welcoming and supportive as well. Special shout out to Coach Ewan for patiently explaining all the movements to me so many times and always being helpful with feedback! I've always struggled with establishing a consistent work out routine and staying motivated, and now I actually look forward to my CrossFit classes. I definitely recommend giving it a try!”

“I came to anytime fitness after I decided to move forward with hip replacement surgery. I needed to improve my physical fitness in preparation for my surgery. After my first consultation with my trainer Dan, I felt that he understood the challenge that I faced and what I need to do. Dan set up a personalized training program to help me meet the physical goals that I needed to achieve to be ready for the operation. When the time came from my surgery, my doctors were impressed and pleased with the level of fitness that I had achieved prior to the surgery date. Due to Dan's training, I was able to walk without assistance three weeks after my surgery. Dan's guidance has been crucial in my recovery thus far, and continues to be a valued part physical fitness.”

“I joined this gym a couple weeks ago and I'm really happy with it so far. Good variety of equipment and has everything most people would be looking for. I would give it 4.5 stars with a half star docked for their flat benches and no drinking fountains. Flat bench pads are real slick and it makes driving with the legs a little tricky but ultimately it's a small inconvenience that doesn't get in the way of my training. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the Durham area looking for a place to jack some steel & sweat in peace.”

“I’m really impressed with the facility as a whole. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It has a wide variety of activities to do and it doesn’t have that pump it up atmosphere like the chains do. Pool, jacuzzi, track inside and out and a fitness center with everything you need. Classes are also available for different kinds of exercises.”

“The maintenance man that works here is exceptional. He keeps this place spotless and is such a hard worker. The weight room and bathrooms are always clean. He is always polite and courteous and the front desk staff is also welcoming. I love the lighting and windows in this gym and am super happy with the equipment (hack squat, v squat, t-bar row, incline chest press machine, dual cable cross machine, ect.).”
