“Visited this past weekend with my husband and my daughter looking for unique Loungefly bags for our upcoming Disney vacation. Jarod went above and beyond to help us select bags and even went to the back store room to show us bags that hadn’t even been placed on the floor yet. After realizing I could get a better discount by ordering online, I did so and asked for ‘pick up in-store’. He kept me updated about my order and two hours later he was able to process my pick-up and hand me my purchase.
