Just got my iPhone 6s fixed at this place today in 10 min and was very pleased with their great customer service and quality of work. Love my phone all over again thank you. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. We all get a little clumsy with our phones now and again lol thanks for fixing it

Yess I recently went to get my iPhone 8 screen replaced Friday at the mall and when I went to pick it up I immediately noticed the dimness on my screen it was no where close to the original. As soon as I got in the car my password would not work neither my Touch ID. After trying multiple times and disabled my iPhone for hour I had no luck in getting it to unlock. When I took my phone back the guy tells me I have the wrong password but if that's true why isn't my finger working. He then tells me it's a software issue and he can replace the old screen if I want after I trusted him with my hard earned money. I make music and I had over 100 songs on my phone. I didnt want to reset it especially if it's not my fault. My password and Touch ID were working perfectly fine with the broken screen right before he fixed it. I then asked for a refund and he said the most he could do is reset/erase all my important documents. Otherwise it wasn't his problem. Now I have a reset phone with a lot of marketing material gone. I look forward to hearing back from you guys thanks, Justin

Went to Gadget TLC to get my phone repaired. The person there was very helpful and he was knowledgeable. I went to other places to get my phone repaired but they don't know much and was asking for too much money to get the phone working. Here I got it done to my satisfaction with reasonable price and I left happily.

Just want to share that I went to Apple store to get my IPhone 6S navigation fixed. As per them I have to leave my phone for the whole day and it was costing me a good amount of money . So I decided to go Gagdet TLC and the guy working there was very helpful and he fixed my phone to my satisfaction in few minutes. He even advised me to change my screen cover since it has a tiny crack and that was not good for my phone. Since then till today my phone is working all good. I waited almost 3 weeks to post this review and wanted to make sure it's working well. I liked the service and the price he charged from me to fix my iPhone.

My phone screen was shattered. I came to this vendor and met Taylan who was able to quickly replace my screen within 15 minutes. Very cheap and very quick. High quality service. Will repeat!

I thought working in the mall I could get a great fix for my granddaughter's iPhone. The screen went dead so this company replaced the entire screen for $53.00. After a month and a day. There was a black line down the front of the screen. So I take it back to them and they tell me the warranty is up, what kind of madness is that after you spent your money to get your phone fix. 😡 I would of been better off going to a boot leg tech. The tech didn't even take a look at it. Never again will I go back.

I went to Gadget TLC with my girlfriend to have iPhone screen replaced. The price sounded good, and the service was fast, so we dropped it off. After we picked it up, we immediately saw the colors were completely off. They were dull and with little contrast (at any brightness setting). When we complained, the person there told us they were fine. After some more arguing, he offered to put the broken screen back on to show there was no difference. The difference was abysmal, night and day. We decided to keep the broken screen, asking for a full refund. Just to be clear, we've had the screen replaced on another iPhone at another non-Apple location and ik that case you couldn't tell the difference. In this case it was immediately noticeable. It turns out they do not do a full refund, but charge $30 for labor. The salesman said we had signed off agreeing on that. In fact, when we did sign something it was when he told us: "please sign here to authorize us to work on your phone". We were never given the chance to read any fine print. So, essentially, they supply low quality products, do not clearly state that they are using non original (and low quality) parts, and then make you sign one thing while stating another. The price difference with an official Apple service is less than those $30, so do yourself a favor and go to Apple, or find someone who uses quality, non-original parts.

I came through the mall after finally getting an apple genius bar appointment to walk through the battery diagnostics confirming that the iphone 6 battery was well beyond the 500cycles of battery life. Apple ordered the battery which was going to take 3-4wks to show up which then I'd have to drop off the phone for a technician to do the work which could take a half day. Frustrated, I went to the mall to find a cell kiosk as I was willing to pay more than the new $29 price($50reduction) post-caught-throttling of older iphones to push for upgrades. I came across Canden Green who was able to do the replacement at the same exact price with batteries on hand. After 2 attempts to get in at the apple bar and a 2wk wait to get to the genius bar, this was such a welcome consumer experience. He also was able to fix our older iPad which the genius at Apple said it was useless to fix such an older model and referred to the 20+ sales staff. I'm restored with the sense that we have good technicians that can extend the life of our expensive electronics that are made to not last after the 2yr purchase life cycles are over. Canden's service and responsiveness over the phone were very refreshing.
