I came in to use their western union service, I have been waiting over 30 minutes. The employee keep switching breaks and keep saying that some is going to be coming from there break to help me and now it’s been 45 minutes still waiting.

I actually love this store and have been shopping here weekly for years. Unfortunately they have recently made changes that are making me unhappy as a loyal customer. For one, they took away one of the cart return racks, making it much more inconvenient to park in one of the main parking areas in front of the store. My other issue has been the new checkout situation. While I am fine with using self-checkout with small purchases, I like to check out with a person when I do large weekly shops. This evening while at the store there were no lanes open that were not express. To me this is unacceptable. Food Lion, do better!

The rotisserie chickens are the best all around than in any deli/bakery store in Durham in my opinion because they're very moist and delicious and I purchase at least two or three a week and if I don't be an early bird to buy them I got to wait until the next day to purchase them. And the ones that are cold may I add they are delicious also. You can't go wrong with those rotisserie chickens. That's a plus for me and a blessing for me to purchase them from that particular Food Lion among other items as well. The staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable A shout out to Ms. Jocine. She gives exceptional excellent customer service every time whether she's at the customer service desk or getting carts or cashiering or whatever her role is. I appreciate her pleasantness her smile. I only shop at 2 other Food Lion's stores in Durham and this happens to be the one in my neighborhood. Look forward to shopping there.
