I ordered a small arrangement on their online website before they were open one morning. It was to be delivered the same day to a building a little over a mile away.
I chose an arrangement and went through the delivery and payment process. Ordering online was very easy and I had no issues with any of that. I did get a confirmation email about the order.
I was disappointed that I didn’t get any indication of when it may be delivered in my email. I wish they used a more real time approach to their deliveries and also included a photo of the final product and the delivery time.
More and more florists are doing this and it’s very helpful when something unexpected happens. I appreciate a florist being in contact with me until the arrangement is delivered, either by email or text. It just lets clients know that the florist cares about their business and wants to make sure they are happy all the way through the process.
The arrangement I chose from their site was beautiful. What the recipient got was a bit different, not by much, but I would have liked having the round bouquet like in the arrangement I chose. Or I would have liked to have been informed that maybe they didn’t have the right flowers and that there would be taller substitutions.
I never received any communication or confirmation that my arrangement had been delivered.
I also thought the delivery fee was a bit high especially since the delivery location was about a mile away from the florist.

The flowers I bought from this business were amazing. It was exactly what I had in mind despite going in at a very busy time for Mother’s Day. They had many creative designs available to pick from all with bright and fresh flowers. The employees were patient, kind and very helpful and were willing to work along my budget! I will definitely be coming back!

These guys really came through in a pinch! This year was my daughter’s first prom, and I forgot about the corsage. I called them 4 hours before the prom (and apparently 15 minutes before they were supposed to close), and they made a beautiful corsage for her. They stayed late for me as well because I was driving from an hour and a half away. When I realized they were closing, I apologized and said they didn’t need to worry about it, but the owner insisted that it was okay and said he would wait for me to arrive.

Freddy was wonderful! Created the most spectacular memorial wreath for us! Ordered all kinds of beautiful topicals and was so accommodating of our specific but not well described needs!!

Flowers were ordered and were to be delivered by 3 pm and weren’t delivered until 7pm. Also the delivery driver didn’t ring the door bell and left them out in the rain which resulted in them being rained on for an additional 2 hours. The arrangement was terribly put together and the flowers weren’t fresh in fact the flowers started wilting after 2 days. I could’ve gotten flowers from the grocery store that looked better than what was delivered. I’m appalled at the quality of flowers and the lack of professionalism of this Florist. An attempt was made to call and the lady that answered the phone said she wasn’t in the store and had to forward my concern to someone else. No contact and no compensation. I would suggest ordering flowers from another florist if you want quality and great service. They.don’t value their customers!! ?

I got flowers done for my daughter's birthday dinner and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Freddy was honest about what to expect at different budgets and ultimately worked with me to get the best outcome possible. The florists had my arrangements ready to go on time and the flowers were beautiful and matched exactly what we talked about. My daughter was blown away by this as it elevated her birthday dinner. I would definitely recommend them for dinners, birthdays or an everyday arrangement.

Not very happy with this service. My partner ordered me an arrangement for valentine’s day. First off what was delivered vs what he ordered are two COMPLETELY separate things. Most flower shops if they are out of a certain kind of flower that has been ordered they will notify the customer and let them know changes were made… not just do it.second off the rest of what he ordered was not even delivered so he got ripped off half his order.2 stars because at least they’re was roses but extremely disappointed and unsatisfied on my side and his.

There was an issue with the flowers sent out and I over-reacted. I posted a horrible review without giving Fred the opportunity to fix the situation. He called me this morning and discussed how "I felt". That's a good person and an honorable businessman. He is fixing the situation. I apologize to you, Fred, and your partner. You are exactly the type of small business that we need. Please accept my apology for the earlier review. You did not deserve that.I will absolutely use you again.

I had a great customer service experience with these folks. They delivered flowers to Duke Hospital. The hospital lost the flowers, and they never made it to the patient. After speaking with the florist, they offered to remake the flowers and deliver them again to ensure that my friend received them. This was very generous on their part, and I was very grateful. My friend loved her flowers.

I am extremely pleased with the arrangement this company did for me. My sister is a cat parent and absolutely loves cats. This company created a unique arrangement from me to my sister. Being in Houston and not being in Apex, I relied on the company to make the holiday very touching- and they absolutely made that happen.Thank you so much for making a great memory happen!
