Janessa Falcone is an amazing agent! I have never had an insurance agent that is as responsive, professional and get the job done in such a quality manner as she has. I always feel as if she is just one email or quick phone call away and I can not express how much I appreciate her and the service she provides. My car was stolen and when I tell you she had all of the information within, what felt like 10 minutes, my own claims officer couldn’t even provide me that information in 3 days. Janessa really supported me through the whole process and I really don’t know what I would’ve done or where I would’ve been in that long process without her. She is heaven sent!

I recently moved to North Carolina and needed new insurance policies for auto, renters, and umbrella. I did some research online and came across First Insurance Services and I am glad I did. Julia has been always available, responsive, and incredibly proactive. Not only did I get the best rates but she also took the initiative to send me the forms we needed to apply for our new driver’s license. She also offered to work directly with our landlord to update the renters policy - I didn’t have to do anything! This is what working with an independent insurance agency should be. Thanks Julia!

I was given a list of insurance companies by the local court to try to get a surety bond for a deceased person's estate when I first started practicing law, and First Insurance was on that list. I've been working with First Insurance almost exclusively for almost a decade since being first introduced to them for all of my surety bonds, and it has been a great experience. Melinda has been my primary contact, and she is very responsive whenever I need something and has been a great resource over the years.
