The store front looks great, with an aesthetically pleasing, clean, and organized inside. Products are top-notch, smell great, and work great, including body wash and countertop spray. The entire refill experience is convenient, with discounted refills and an autofill shipment option for out-of-towners. It is an incredible woman-owned company providing all-natural, low-waste products that won't break the bank. The staff is super-friendly, nice, helpful, and chill, ready to explain, offer samples, and have great conversations. Scents are subtle and long-lasting.
