I got great service today at this location. I shipped a box and was in and out in five minutes. They taped up the box and were very friendly!

I almost didn't go here due to negative reviews. But my service was excellent. I was helped quickly, chatted with politely, and the entire exchange was great. Figured I'd post this so the next person like me isn't dissuaded by folks who had bad encounters.
