Katie Gunter in the Durham office has been so very helpful ?. She helped me through the process of getting POC!!! She couldn't have been more friendly and professional!!!!! Also the Respiratory therapist Kim Sansbury was very helpful and pleasant ?. Thanks Also to Ben in the office who I dealt with.

Once I had an appointment ment and arrived at this place AND could Speak to the actual associates. Involved in my order. They were lovely, and informed.How ever , it took a month to actually get to that point.Through some glitch, although my data (birthdate etc) was correct, my name was as as incorrect as it could possibly be. this came to light the first time I called askiy for an update on my status .Data can always be misentered.. so I wasn't upset.. I merely pointed out the error ( wrong last name, wrong middle name, first name misspelled) and told I needed to sign something to get my equipment mailed to me. An email would arrive soon. .The email arrived. With my name not corrected. They needed payment. My card was not going to pay ifs all the card info Wasn't right. So I called again.the young lady said she couldn't make that correction but would get someone who could who was on another line.theyd call back when they were free.They didn't. So a few days later I called and asked for the status of my equipment. I was told I needed to sign an email.we went through my name. The person who could fix it it was on break. But I'd get a corrected email. Nope, same email same wrong name. I called again.and mentioned they'd have a hard time getting their money if my name wasn't the same as the credit card and I really needed my equipment...soon.I had a hard deadline. It was too late to mail it, could I come in to pick it up. I rescheduled everything else because I had less than 72 hrs to my deadline.and got to the appointment for pick up. Name was correct when I arrived.ButThere were a lot of people waiting. A class was in session. I couldn't get my equipment till I took the class. The class was delayed starting because the previous class was delayed ending.. so, I'd planned to make a pick-up, instead I was there almost three hours.Everyone was very nice and very helpful...ButThe stress of the numerous systemic glitches, was really hard. I know these nice people want to serve their clients as well as possible, But the system will need some revamping.Thanks for trying though, you're very nice people and very informed, Jeffery.

The young man Fabien was aweome. Called me to see if I was still at the facility to take delivery, showed up promptly and verified if I was authorized to take delivery. I can honestly say Customer Service has diminished greatly in all aspects over the last few years. But you have a star in Fabien! Very timely and much appreciated.

I recently changed insurance and started receiving my CPAP supplies through Family Medical Supply. I had a bit of confusion about the process of switching at the start, but the folks at the call center and at this location answered all of my questions and were very professional.My last CPAP supplier left much to be desired, so I was quite nervous. I'm now glad I switch to this company and I believe I will have much less trouble getting supplies in the future. What a relief! Thank you to the dedicated employees at this location and the call-center employees with Adapt Health!
