Well let me be more accurate with my review, because the lady forced me to say what I said in my 1st review upon completing my sign up for my unit… decent customer service IF you don’t have the displeasure of getting the incredibly overweight browskin man with no hair about 5’8. I’ll have to get his name he’s very disrespectful colorful tongue no consideration for the customer, even some sort of superiority complex. Awful customer service an I figured large ppl were supposed to be jolly…also the business doesn’t run like one. 1 of the only 2 elevators are constantly not working and the 1 that consistently works never allows you to go to the 6th floor so the entire 6th floor is ofently inconvenienced and the location simply doesn’t care. Come to the morehead avenue location at your own risk.

I set the rental up online. Although I wasn’t able to get in there within 24 hrs as suggested, my lock for my unit was still there. So good security so far. I walked in 3 minutes before closing time and the gentleman that was there helped me with finding my unit. He was a nice guy. He also asked if I was moving in today, but I gave him a vague answer and he automatically knew not to ask more. Will keep things updated.

Increased my rate by 50% after only 2 months of renting! I can't move all my stuff now, and this was NOT made clear and is absolutely deceptive!What other business can do this to customers? Do not recommend!

Onel and Sherman were great! Very friendly and funny as well. A+ for customer service! Clean facility and pretty affordable! The process was smooth and these guys made everything clear and easy.

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Morehead! I’ve had excellent experiences before with Extra Space Storage in other locations and this one did not disappoint. Before stepping into the building, the phone presence alone was impecable. They followed up with me, corporate and locally, to ensure that I had all information needed to make a great decision for my moving needs.When going to the campus, I immediately noticed how the facility was clean and tidy. I appreciated the customer service with a tour of the facility by O’Neal and the thorough explanation by Sherman. I am happy to do business with Extra Space Storage again; I’m even happier to have great customer service closer to my residence!
