Do NOT do business with Enterprise on Hillsborough Rd. Their customer Service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I get dropped off to get my rental for my car that's in the shop (because someone else hit me.) They ask for my card for a deposit that they didn't tell me about and then proceed to tell me it has to be in the name of the person who the insurance is in. NONE of which was told to me beforehand and another persons insurance is covering the cost of the rental. When the manager comes to talk to me she doesn't like how I was talking (I'm clearly upset at this point and all I'm doing is asking questions while freaking crying) and another girl at the counter tells her to not allow me to rent. So I am now stranded up here no car and had to get my husband to come get me. So now not only do I not have a rental but I'm even later to work and my husband had to leave work. Oh and when I mentioned I'll make sure they get a bad review She says we'll still have our jobs. I will add the initial person who was helping me tried. He was doing everything he could and was super nice. It was once we had to try and figure out another way because of LACK of communication and the manager or whoever she is started talking to me. They clearly don't know how to handle upset people and the customer service for them (minus the one person) is HORRIBLE!

Got a rental through my insurance while my car was being repaired. The car was so filthy we had to clean it inside and out. Also never got my deposit back. Cheers

I had the most unpleasant and disappointing car rental experience ever at this location. Being from out of state, I wasn't properly informed about the necessary documents for the rental process, and the front desk attendant hardly acknowledged my presence, let alone made eye contact. Even more appalling was their outright refusal to provide service or offer a car when I attempted to lodge a complaint. In my opinion, the service was horrible, and I strongly advise against renting a car from this establishment.

Horrible service. They screwed me over I payed for an Uber to bring me to enterprise (which was an hour away) I get there and I'm immediately told that due to not using a credit card they won't allow me to rent due to out of state license. I have rented from enterprise before and never had an issue with my license and a credit card. If you use this place call before wasting ur money to get there since they operate on their own rules. Won't be using enterprise anymore.

I normally use Enterprise Rent A Car for my vehicle renting needs because they are a reliable company and provide good service. Recently I rented from Enterprise (Hillsborough Rd) and received exceptional service from Karizma. She was courteous and personable as she assisted me. She explained everything she was doing throughout her checks and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for that day. I appreciate the top-notch customer service I received from her and I plan to use their services again!

Our experience here was worth taking the time to write a review about. We were immediately greeted when we walked in by the manager, Kevin. Kevin was kind and courteous and most importantly, efficient and quick. We were there less than 15 minutes. My car had just been in an accident the night before, and we were in and out and on the road in our rental (which WAY exceeded expectations) in a matter of minutes. Drop off was super easy too. Zero issues with our rental. It was an amazing experience. Honestly, we were nervous when we first read the reviews, but you can tell they are really trying to turn this place around and it shows. I suggest you give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!

Addie, our Enterprise representative was fantastic! She efficiently and quickly got us into the car we needed and on our way.The office was fully staffed and very helpful even upon returning the car. We always use Enterprise and will come back to this location every time. Thank You!

Booking was confirmed by the Assistant Manager, but there was no car when we went to pick it up. We were told it was book again for several days later, but when we called the day before pick up, or reservation was not in the system. The saving grace about the experience was "J" (aka, Beyonce') who helped us check the car back in, and who was amazing! Super friendly, personable, detail-oriented and efficient - she brought this review from a 2 to a 4.

Maurice greeted me as soon as I walked into the Enterprise office. He was very friendly, took my name looked up my reservation and went and checked on my car. Came back and stated they were just finishing making sure the care was clean. A few minutes later the car was brought out. Maurice gave me his card and told me to call if I had any problems. Great service the car was great and the return was easy.
