TCR on 9th street in Durham agreed to undertake replacing one of the batteries, which involves prying the casing apart, keeping track of a gazillion tiny pieces, reinstalling the battery, then gluing the unit back together again.
TCR was upfront about the difficulty and made no false promises, but in about ten days, I had my unit back, and the repair is flawless.
