“I use a Microsoft Surface, a wonderful 2-in-1 that is an absolute nightmare to service; it has two batteries, and the casing is glued, not screwed. Before I found TCR, I would have had to ship my unit to Pittsburg, PA, and hope to get it back, in working order, in about ninety days.
TCR on 9th street in Durham agreed to undertake replacing one of the batteries, which involves prying the casing apart, keeping track of a gazillion tiny pieces, reinstalling the battery, then gluing the unit back together again.
TCR was upfront about the difficulty and made no false promises, but in about ten days, I had my unit back, and the repair is flawless.
TCR will be my go-to for all our cellphone and tablet needs going forward. They do excellent work, and their customer service is superb. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
