If you're a female, be cautious. They may try to get over on you. $300 for an oil change is insane!!! $160 just for labor!

I have taken my car for servicing and maintenance here at Flow VW twice and from top to bottom excellent customer service. An extra shoutout to my guy Larry for making the process as easy and smooth as possible! The staff goes above and beyond and is thorough! Highly recommend Flow VW of Durham.

We also had a very poor experience with service. The lack of communication and customer service is simply stunning. Poor communication about the original issue did not allow for a proper assessment to move forward and $3800 later the car still needed additional repair. While they wanted to “work” with us, we still incurred an additional $1500 for repairs. We attempted to pick up the car on two occasions assuming it was ready, only to find out late day they needed more time. There was no communication during either day to make us aware of the status. They claim to still be figuring out an accommodation for what has transpired. The accommodation should have already been made and the proper accommodation would have resulted in a lower cost for the final bill.

What a great experience. I was feeling pretty tense pulling up to a dealership, but they had the car we wanted at a very good price. Our past experiences with car dealerships have fit every bad stereotype in the book. Pete Rubio, Chavis Rachel, and everyone we came in contact with here were the opposite of that. This is what a car dealership can and should be. Mr. Rubio was kind, helpful, and didn't play games with us. Flow Volkswagen ended up making the sale to us, in large part because we didn't feel like running from our salesman or the manager. Mr. Rubio and Mr. Rachel were great. In fact, even after he'd already made the sale and it was LONG after closing, Mr. Rubio took extra time to get us set up on the app & then came out to the car with us again to show us in more detail how everything worked in our new Jetta. We are very happy with our beautiful new VW Jetta and with our experience here.

I just had an excellent car buying experience here at Flow Durham. I couldn't believe how efficiently things moved along, from my test drive through to my taking possession of my new car. I give a lot of credit to Jamel, the Sales Consultant I worked with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the auto I wanted to buy, very professional, and easy to work with. He's still being helpful post-purchase in answering questions and making recommendations for care of the car. Also impressive were the Finance Office guys I worked with -- Allen and Chavis. Their expertise and attention to detail were a big help. Kayleigh stepped in to lend a hand a few times too. And I appreciated Sales Manager Verlinda, who was very flexible in helping to finalize the deal. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer and I'm loving my new Volkswagen! Thanks to all, especially Jamel!.

We had an excellent car buying experience with Kayleigh at Flow! After visiting late on a Saturday, the follow-up steps to secure our Tiguan purchase over the next several days (while I was out of town) were seamless, they were super communicative and responsive. And the car is great!
