Took my husband there the Friday before Christmas. Intake aide was mediocre. However, the RN assigned to my husbands section and the MD was excellent. They made a rough day a good one.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness at the Durham VA Hospital. My medical care has been top notch.

I needed medication from a psychiatrist, yes the wait was long. It’s an emergency room, duke is at least 2 to 3x as long. The doctors and staff were super friendly, even being busy. I’m not sure about all the negative reviews. I had a great experience don’t hesitate to give it a chance.
