Great service! Was able to get in same day for an alignment, found out they will price match for tires PLUS I can get an alignment at the same time which is more convenient. An extra touch was having chargers in the waiting room!

These guys were outstanding. I have a F-150. My Alternator went out 2 hours from home. I called all the nearby Ford service centers and none could help for at least 5 days out. I called these guys and they made it happen! They even took me to a nearby diner to get breakfast. They had me repaired in 2 hours. A great professional team that l highly recommend!!!

This place always does right. Reasonable prices, honest work, the best communication. Best of all, it is SO NICE to work with knowledgeable staff of all genders and races represented. Seriously—it’s a big deal to those of us who never had a woman associate at the auto shop til well into adulthood. So awesome.

This is the best tire shop, and I’m especially grateful that it’s just a few blocks from me. The mechanics are both kind and professional, and their top goal is to solve the problem, not to sell you something if you don’t need it. I have lived here for 14 years, and they have kept my cars in great shape by keeping my tires in the best shape!

Chapel Hill Tires was responsive, high value and low cost (cheaper than Costco), plus they identified a safety issue for me that was critical especially since the work was on my kids car. They take really great care of all our family vehicles, give top notch advice and are super courteous.
