I would recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. I have had bad experiences with diagnostic consultation from primary care, bad phlebotomy care, wrong information about health insurance acceptance and billing, being told by a customer support member the wrong information about a prescription because they wanted to hurry the call along while interrupting me the whole way. This has been hands down the worst primary care clinic I have used. I dread every interaction I have with them about my healthcare at this time and am actively transitioning away from their office. They were the only available practice in the area at the time taking new patients and they will speak volumes to you about why that is.

Past four years, I did my annuals here. Front desk Staff are friendly and organized. Physicians are very helpful. I definitely recommend to my friends.

I had a good experience with this practice. My husband needed a next day appointment for urgent urinary infection. His primary doctor wasn't available, but the person setting an appointment was very patient, and offered by herself to find another doctor for next day. Then when I called the next morning, and asked variety of questions regarding a video appointment options, another staff member was very patient and answered all my silly questions with calm, and respect. We ended up keeping the in-person appointment. The check-in went very smoothly and quickly, as there were 3 check-in stations. My husband was seen by the doctor right on time. Thanks!

Not sure of the purpose of the appointment system since once you arrive, you still have to wait for over a hour before seen. In fact, I’m writing this while waiting for the doctor. Looks like other reviews say the same thing. If you value your time, don’t come here.

Made an appointment for annual physical check-up a month ago and got several confirmation from emails and phone calls. The online scheduling process was easy and convenient. On the day of my appointment, only a few hours before the scheduled time, they called me saying the Dr. was not available that day so they cancelled my appt. I called back trying to reschedule the lady who answered the phone was very indifferent and not helpful at all. When you took a day off and prepared for the visit...... how frustrating it is.

Made an appointment Friday morning and was able to get scheduled that afternoon at 2:40p.m., great! Got there at 2:30, called back within 5 mins. Assessment done, then told the Dr.. would be in in a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into 30 mins. with no update informing me that the Dr. is tied up or just a common courtesy check in, nothing! I had to go out and ask do I need to reschedule? Was finally seen for a 5 mins. diagnosis with a 30 min. wait ridiculous!
