They are in no rush and do not want your business. Why can't I speak to someone when I call? Why do I need to be called back? Why can't I schedule this online? Bureaucrats. Sorry for dropping the b word there but it's true. The nurses were great though.

What a garbage appointment system this medical center has!I tried many different numbers but there is not a single number has appointment option and no number being answered by live representative.Do you have any specific number where we can talk to alive person and get an appointment setup?There is not a single option in there phone systemNever experience such a ridiculous system.Very frustrating recording which plays garbage information which we don't need but there is not a single good option or call back system even after leaving 100 phone calls.The recording says that "if you don't get call back then call again" what a ridiculous recording

To many pepper work and some doesn’t even make a since, how you need to feel up almost 4 piece of paper with the same information you name address ….. the funny thing is one asking about listing all your previous job with occupation I was thinking that I should bring my resume with me…..

One of the receptionists has a hard time dealing with small inconveniences. I come to the window and told her I'm here to pick up my medical report (I called the day before and requested they have it ready first thing in the morning) and her reaction was to irritable point to a table full of papers and ask me "if I see it? ". That's a very odd response/request given that I'm 7-8 feet away at the other side of the window and not familiar with that office workflow. Anyway. That receptionist was ultimately helpful nonetheless and everyone else was very sweet and helpful. ?
