Found a pair of shoes in my size on the discount rack that I liked the look of, can't go wrong. Only down size was this was the only pair of my size shoe in the store. Very limited selection for larger feet. 13/14 4E new balance

The Manager at DTLR In Northgate is Very Rude on June 22,2019 I was the third person in line outside the door waited 40 mins before they had open at 10:00am I got to the cashier I Repeatedly told the man I need 12 he ignored me the whole time till another guy said he wanted 12 that was behind me also came after me moral of the story is This manager is rude and disrespectful also unprofessional the way he handled it I wouldn't advise nobody to shop there Your Welcome in Advance

Nice shoes but customer service sucked. It was busy but employees had a “i dont want to be here” face. I didnt even get a we will be right with you. Also you cant tell who works there unless you see them going to the back...wish them the best
