Arrived at the store AF 8:42pm and the doors were already locked and they were closed. Don't advertise your hours as one time and then lock your doors whenever you feel like closing early. So frustrating! This store is always a mess anyway, so Ai will just start buying my cleaning supplies elsewhere.

Cashier was great but the floor was dirty and has several tiles pulled up. Also, it's ALWAYS hot in the store. Today it was hotter in the store than outside.

This is a drama filled environment. Very miserable people working here. No one is happy with their job it’s truely sad. Yea the shelves stay stocked because the manager slaves his crew ! It’s a -4/10 working environment

today 05/16/2023 at 1:25 . university drive ,durham nc 27707 omg. i treated her horrible. i yell at me not to play ballons' gabeters. the numbers I asked for were not available. i had to see which ones were available. but it wasn't for me to be mistreated. he doesn't deserve to work on the dollar tree. it's disrespect for customers. The shelves were almost empty but I do understand the supply chain issues. What I don't understand is why the customer service representative (cashier) was so very rude. There was no greeting or any type of decent interaction with customers. He acted as if it was a bother to perform his job. He should not be the individual interacting with people who are spending their hard earned money. It is hard for everyone but he could have been more polite.SMH.
