This location need James back or to be closed. The door says open at 7am everyday. And it's almost 7:30 and it's not open. This is the 3rd time that this has happened in the last week. So I won't be returning ? And the only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't submit my post without picking one.

This is a real head scratcher of a store. Seemingly never recovered from the pandemic. Perpetually understocked. Chaotically organized. Closes unexpectedly. I can’t count the number of times I’ve walked up to the (locked) front door to see a print out taped to it with some half-baked explanation on it. Could we get a manager? Or a new store??

Does not open at 7 am do not shop here....it's 7:30 am and no one is here but the sign says 7 am everyday.....FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Bad customer service they don’t like helping customers find what they are looking for , Always short staffed, don’t even bother couponing here they don’t seem to like it

literally watch them close early for no reason all the time. letting people who JUST came in out and closing it off to others. so ridiculous.

I made a purchase at this store that included 1 pack of paper towels. I clipped a $3 off coupon in the mobile app and a $5 coupon from the app for spending over $25 on Saturday. The employee overcharged me for the paper towels by scanning it twice. He was talking on his cell phone complaining about being short-staffed. The 3 dollar coupon was applied to my purchase not the $5 store coupon. The sales associate told me I would need to call the corporate office for a refund or resolution. I called the corporate office the same day. The customer service representative was professional and detailed and assured i would get a call from the district manager within 24 hours. In this case Monday since it was a weekend. I received no phone call. I called back the same number 3 days later. They were able to look up my complaint through the reference number that was given to me. Apologized and assured me I would get a call from a district regional manager of this location within 24 hours. NO PHONE CALL. I have seen in a previous review someone else was double charged for an item as well. SHALL I SAY FRAUD IS HAPPENING IN THIS LOCATION? PROBABLY WHY I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM ANY REGIONAL DISTRICT MANAGER! BEWARE!

They are not great. Lack of products, lack of real USA and good quality products. Environment is a bit messy in some places.

This store is down the street from me but I rather make the drive to another store because everytime I go in there the employees are just rude, unprofessional and not helpful!!

Beware of the employees they like to overcharge you for the products you buy(They scan your products twice!)

I must say that this use to be a great place to shop but now it's not for one thing the people there treat the customer badly and the customer should come first and they need to be more nicer to the customer after all we pay their salary and without us they wouldn't have a job

It was overall a horrible experience! Very bad Customer Service. It was difficult to find items. A few sale items were available. Forget about asking for help there is none. Store might as well be operated by robots, I think they would be nicer. Employee went out of her way to display rude behavior. Store was not clean. I will not shop here in the future.
