Was a inconvenience to come today wasnt planned in the books today,because lack of communication of a socket to remove my rims off my truck..said that the company changed socket but what if I had a flat tire and couldn't remove tire .. so I drove 30 miles to get a socket so I can get brake work done on truck now postponed until later date... changed up my whole Saturday, now I've been here 2 hours because I said since I'm here I'll get my tire rotated.. what has up sets me more now, been two hours and sitting(dropped off cars ) are ahead of walk- in or inconvenience customers that drove 30 mins to wait over 2 hours now to just get a rotation..wind shield blades done.. Not happy at all today.. I was up at 7am for oil change and brakes now it's 130 I'm 30 miles away. With nothing but oil change done.. I got pay inconvenience fee for my mechanic to come out two days in row.. Not happy customer..

Discount Tire of Durham on Roxboro Rd never fails to amaze me. Prices are always the lowest (I always get 2 or more quotes)service is always the fastest, and staff works hard, are very professional and polite. Brian the manager was great. Gave me a quote over the phone, setup an appointment and I was in and out exactly as promised.

My daughter had an appointment Saturday Apr. 6, 2024, and we specifically asked the attendant to rotate the front tires to the back and place the new tires on the front, but because my daughter was by herself they decided to do it their way. Now I had to make another appointment to correct the issue on Wednesday. Please don't take advantage of young women. They are customers too.

They didn't charge me! I got out of my car at the grocery, and my rear wheel was almost completely flat. I limped it to Discount Tire. They had one of their employees inspect the wheel, and thoroughly! The fellow spent about twenty minutes identifying the puncture, fixing it, and putting the tire back in place. When they brought the car around, the guy says, "you don't owe us anything, Tire repairs are free." I was speechless, surprised, and grateful. I am now a Discount Tire customer for life. Plus, while I was waiting there, I saw at least five cars pull in to have their tires inspected, quickly and efficiently. Something I'll be doing regularly.

Terrible service don’t ever go here! I wanted to get one of my tires repaired because it had two nails in it. And they told me it would be 100% free. So the new girl that works there told me it would be a 30 min wait time and I ended up waiting a whole hour. Then when they finally got to my car they ended up telling me they could not repair the tire because of the placement of one nail, and then they tried to tell me I would need a whole new tire witch would be 250$ for ONE TIRE!!!!!! I said no thank you and I toke my car to glen tire down the road and they were able to fix my tire for me no problem at all! These people are scammers and don’t know nothing about there jobs! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!! go to glen tire that’s down the road best place to go for tires and all other Business.

Don't spend your money here. The first salesman was nice and heard everything I said. He get a 5 star. The other salesman need to learn how to talk to people. He tried to sale me a tire that I was going to at a later date. I already just replaced a tire. He had the nerve to ask me if I had financial issues. It took everything in me not to go clean off on him. Who are you to count my money? I will not go back to location. That little short man with the locks need to learn how to talk to people. I bet if I were a man he would not have said what he said.
