We are very happy with our moving experience with DeHaven's. They provided excellent customer service, communication, and support throughout the arrangements and the move. The team that moved my mom's house was incredible! They were like a well-oiled machine and the four of them loaded and unloaded very efficiently and carefully--even a piano. Nothing was damaged and they came in under time, so we even saved money. All around a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend DeHaven's!!

DeHaven's handled our final move as I retire from the Army and this was the best move we've had in my 20 yr career! Every was careful and professional throughout the entire process from packing, to loading, to unloading. I couldn't be more pleased with how the move went and I highly recommend them.

All of my interactions with the two representatives of DeHaven's I dealt with were five star! They were prompt in answering my questions, provided all the details I needed about pickup and delivery, and helped me get the best price possible for my job. My delivery date in Massachusetts turned out to be July 5, which was a holiday for DeHaven's. The local mover making the delivery in MA was unable to find proof of my payment in his system, (which I was told was a problem with North American Van Lines' data entry). The mover was prohibited from unloading my belongings until proof of payment could be located. Although she was on vacation, I was able to get in touch with my sales rep at DeHaven's, who helped me troubleshoot the situation. Thankfully, it was resolved in short order. I really appreciate the level of customer service they provided.

As a military family, we wish we could give 0 stars. This company confirmed a delivery date 4 days prior then denied the conversation ever took place. We waited around all day just to find out we weren’t receiving our household goods and would have to put everything into storage due to us traveling out of town. At first they said they tried contacting us (which is a lie) then changed their story and said they never confirmed the delivery date (also a lie, since the relocation company over them was able to pull up the specific employee’s name and contact information in the system who confirmed).
This company was aware of the timeframe we were able to receive our shipment since over 2 weeks ago but lied when they messed up on their end and were unwilling to accommodate, stating they “only have to deliver by the required delivery date.” We mentioned we could stick around an extra day if they could deliver but instead they gave us a new delivery date 2 days out. Mistakes happen, but at least own up to them and make the situation right instead of screwing us over.

DeHaven's helped my wife and I move out of state. Tracy kept me up dated and followed up after the job was completed. Their team was organized and worked until the job was done. We had a storage facility full of boxes, with many fragile items as well as a house full of furniture and vintage items. Nothing was broken. Mirrors intact! The guys were congenial and hustled all day long for two days. Amazing!

Dehavens did a wonderful job on our move. Tracey answered all questions I had promptly. They showed up on move day right on time and worked very hard to get the job done. The crew was fantastic in taking care of our things and making sure everything was protected. Giovanni made sure we were happy every step of the load, and unload process. I am very happy we used Dehavens for our move!
