Today at 3:45 pm I went into CVS on Garrett Rd, I asked the guy where was the bathroom and he said it's flooded and I said what about the men's and he replied that one is flooded or leaking as well, I felt like he wasn't being truthful, so I said can I speak to a manager and he replied I am and we have a bathroom for the manager and you can't use it, I didn't even ask to use it, so I said can I speak with a person over you and he said get out of my store, you can't ever come back to my store and you can call like Reginal manager and he has acd with me on it, he was rude and I'm very sure he doesn't own that store, I was embarrassed and upset the way I was treated he has a 3 letter name, please help me with this situation I've been a customer for a really long time please reach out to me about this matter that happened in Durham on Garrett RdThanks for your support

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS CVS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The only reason why I go here is for the picture prints. And they are actually okay but the drive thru is long and horrible. Do not go here

It seems like every time we go to this pharmacy there is some problem. Last time they didn't have prescriptions ready for pick up even though they had been sent almost a week prior. Those were not new prescriptions, either. They had been filled there multiple times in the past and there was no reason they shouldn't have been ready. Perhaps its because the patient didn't have insurance, maybe people without insurance don't deserve the same care and attention to detail those with insurance warrant. The latest foul-up was today when our credit card couldn't be processed through their antiquated glitchy system, even though their were more than sufficient funds available. And apparently it's not just here in North Carolina; when I was practicing in Indiana whenever our patient s had problems getting a prescription filled, it was always a CVS. If you can get a prescription filled at any pharmacy other than a CVS, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that can actually do their job and take care of the patient.

A hard lesson learned. I paid for my prescription to be delivered to my home. Transaction stated delivery in two days. Called when not received on time, to only be told the order had not been processed. However a hold had been made on my bank funds the day of the initial order. Upon call8ng the pharmacy, I was told it would probably be delivered in 3 more days

This cvs is terrible. The pharmacy department is so unorganized. The blonde pharmacist rarely seems to care about how slow and backed up they always are. The other staff are friendly, but today they had no one working in the pharmacy other than the pharmacist. This is wild to me because there’s no way one person can work the entire pharmacy department. My medications are never ready when they are supposed too. I have to wait 30 mins most times even if the medication is supposed to be ready.

Unfortunately, there are no negative stars. A few adjectives I have for this place: Unorganized, uncaring, rude, disgusting. And, the old, blond pharmacist is just nasty and doesn’t care one but how much of your time is wasted in the drive through. I have transferred all of my prescriptions out and beg you to do the same.

I was impressed by Christopher who showed consideration and patience towards several elderly customers who were having trouble finding items and using the self-checkout. I guess everyone is complaining about customer service recently, it's nice to see someone go above and beyond.

Had such a great experience with the help of Grace. I was having trouble with my CVS and she helped me through every step. She’s truly delightful and brighten both mine and my sisters day ?

I’ve literally never experienced a more rude and unprofessional employee on the phone when I called in my entire life

I have been having the same issue trying to fill one particular prescription, driving over there multiple times, and i still don't have what I need MONTHS after I was prescribed my medication. They tell me it's ordered then that it's in the store ready for pick up, and they still don't give me what I need. they don't pick up the phone and unless you get the pharmacist on the line they put you on hold. Currently on hold and it's been an hour. i am appalled they treat people like this and get away with it every day. this is the second time I have been through this with a cvs store. I would go somewhere else if I could but my insurance no longer covers it for this medication. Avoid it if you can.

Medications are very rarely ready when I go to pick them up, even after receiving a phone call that says they are. I would have already left this CVS if not for Keisha in the pharmacy. She tries her best to be helpful, but the pharmacy is clearly under equipped. I would use another pharmacy if possible.

This CVS location, store #2710, is one of our go-to pharmacies in the Triangle. I came here recently because the nearby Harris Teeter was out of Cepacol sore throat lozenges. This CVS had them. This CVS also had Chloraseptic sore throat lozenges. I compared the two products' active ingredients. The amount of benzocaine (15 mg) was the same, but Chloraseptic had more menthol (10 mg vs 3.6 mg). I picked up a box of the Chloraseptic lozenges in "Wild Berries" flavor, 15 lozenges for $6.01 after tax. I was able to spend pre-tax dollars on them since they were FSA-eligible. I think another available flavor was "Honey Lemon," but that may have been the Cepacol. I don't remember. If you are suffering from a sore throat, I also recommend Chloraseptic spray. I picked up a bottle (6 oz) from Harris Teeter for $6.99 before tax. My sister and I have used Chloraseptic spray to help soothe our sore throats for decades. There's a Walgreens in the same shopping center as Harris Teeter too. Inside, this store is a pretty standard, unremarkable CVS. The staff was nice. I used the self-checkout kiosk and paid contactless with Google Wallet. When exiting the property, it's easier to make a right onto Hope Valley Rd than a left onto Garrett Rd.

I received an improperly administered flu vaccine here by a pharmacist. The vaccine was administered much too high on my shoulder while the pharmacist was standing and I was sitting (improper administration and incorrect location on shoulder), resulting in immediate pain that's turned into chronic pain. I believe initially my bursa was injected resulted in bursitis pain, which has transformed into arm weakness and pain. I had to see an orthopedic doctor for it today and was diagnosed with a rotator cuff injury. I filed a formal complaint with CVS Customer Service against this store.
