I was impressed by Christopher who showed consideration and patience towards several elderly customers who were having trouble finding items and using the self-checkout. I guess everyone is complaining about customer service recently, it's nice to see someone go above and beyond.

Had such a great experience with the help of Grace. I was having trouble with my CVS and she helped me through every step. She’s truly delightful and brighten both mine and my sisters day ?

Medications are very rarely ready when I go to pick them up, even after receiving a phone call that says they are. I would have already left this CVS if not for Keisha in the pharmacy. She tries her best to be helpful, but the pharmacy is clearly under equipped. I would use another pharmacy if possible.
