Both web site and the door of this business state that they are open on Saturdays at 11am. But at 11am, and at noon, the door remained locked and phone calls were neither answered nor returned.

I had my iPhone screen replaced, and when I brought it back in because the 3D touch wasn't working, ***** refused to honor the warranty by either replacing it with a functional screen or refunding my initial purchase. When I asked for the corporate customer service number, he told me to leave the store. Completely out of nowhere. Very rude and unprofessional, not to mention downright criminal by not honoring their own warranty
