It is the worst daycare. Do not send your child here.

Look elsewhere, seriously. Our daughter began attending this daycare in the summer of 2022 and was 2 years old at the time - in the 2s class for clarification. From the moment I met her teacher, I wasn't impressed. She didn't give the kids a big happy greeting, hardly introduced herself to us and honestly, I just got a bad vibe. Within a month of attending, my daughter came home and reported she been hit on her bottom by this teacher. I reported this to the daycare director, and my concerns were dismissed, and it was obvious I wasn't taken seriously. A few months later, I came to pick up my daughter early, and walked in at quiet time (same teacher) and the teacher YELLED at a kid so loud it made me jump and I'm 32 years old. Worst of all, the very first day when the kids returned to school after Christmas break, my daughter had a horrible experience:I came to get her early that day, and everyone was just going down for quiet time (they couldn't have been down longer than 15 minutes). When I walked in the door, my daughter was wailing on her mat with tears streaming down her face. I knelt down and she ran to me, climbing into my arms begging to leave. When we stepped outside the classroom, my daughter reported the teacher had pulled her legs so hard it hurt, and that the teacher was very mad at her and needed to be nice to her. I emailed the director who said she would speak with the teacher and review the video footage. The director emailed again to say she'd reviewed the footage and she could assure me there was nothing to be concerned about, but we should meet face to face later in the week to which I agreed. At the meeting, my husband and I were shown the video where by the director's account, nothing inappropriate occurred. As I watched the video, my heart began to race as rage flooded my body. I watched with disgust as a daycare provider angrily took my (now 3 year old) child's blanket from her, grabbed her by her legs and aggressively yanked her down her mat. The teacher then walked away, leaving my daughter crying and went to sit back down - no remorse, no attempt to console, nothing.I don't recall much after the video ended. My husband says I started to yell, loudly. I remember asking the director to explain what part of that video showed the level of care and compassion parents expect their children to be shown when in another's care. The director later emailed to say, "I do sincerely apologize for the turn it took and the misrepresentation of my evaluation of the incident." We reported this to NCDHHS, who cited a violation of G.S. 110-91(10); comments: "Each child was not attended to in a nurturing and appropriate manner, or in keeping with the child's developmental needs. On January 2, 2023, a staff member repositioned a three-year-old child on their mat by pulling the child by the legs."We moved our daughter to a different class, and within a month decided to withdraw her from the program. It's been 6 months, and she still talks about this and is scared of attending school. The emotional damage this has done to our daughter is heartbreaking. The teacher, as of our daughter's last day at the daycare, had not been terminated. NCDHHS reports the director and teacher have taken an online class which is hardly sufficient. A bit lengthy, but, worth the read :)Children’s Campus at Southpoint is a super-awesome place! From our initial tour of the facility our last day, Amy and her staff were welcoming, trustworthy and simply delightful. We have a 2.5 year old with MANY severe food allergies. As such, we opted out of the nutrition program. Naturally, we were overly cautious and highly particular when it comes to caring for our child. Children’s Campus at Southpoint embrace our child, and, handled her allergies like champs. The teachers and staff were certain to keep our child’s food and milk separated; they ensured she was in a highchair during her early days with them; and most importantly, they had signs throughout the facility to make certain all staff were aware of the severity of her food allergies. As if their attention and care to our child’s allergies wasn’t enough, the 2-year old classroom at Children’s Campus at Southpoint’s curriculum is great. My daughter can count to 10, without help... and, is on her way to counting to 20! She enjoys reading, writing/drawing, and, sings educational songs daily.Lastly, the extra-curricular actives are spectacular. Our daughter participated in Tumblin’ Tots, and, absolutely loved it. Lisa - the owner of Tumblin’ Tots - is awesome. Our daughter would practice the skills she learned at home… EVERYDAY! haha There’s also Soccer available for the children. All in all, if you’re looking for a family-like environment, teachers and staff with great attention to detail and a passion for kiddos, Children’s Campus at Southpoint is your place!I’d like to also give special kudos and thanks to all of the teachers and staff for their extra love and dedication to our child!!

Told me they had openings. Drove all the way there just for them to say they don’t have room for my kids. Could’ve said that over the phone!

For the money, this is the best daycare in the Triangle area. It's a happy, clean, open, and sunny environment, with a caring staff. What else could one ask for in a daycare.

My 4 year old loves this place. It's way more like a school than a daycare and she comes home learning a ton of new stuff every week.

Our family has been going to Children's Campus for several years now and we love it! It is clean, organized, sunny, friendly, convenient and affordable. The outside play areas for the children and new and clean. My son loves to go to school everyday and even loves the food there more than at home!

As a former employee I have nothing but praise for this wonderful early childhood learning center. The directors and other staff members were fun to work with. I loved the children in my class room and their families!!! I miss my "family" at the Children's Campus!!!

The central location should make it convenient for drop off and pick up. The open and airy design is attractive.

Being a first time mother and a social worker made it very hard for me to find a daycare that I was comfortable with. Children's Campus at Southpoint was one of many centers my husband and I looked at as an option to transition our daughter from the awesome care she was getting from a family member, to trusting pure strangers with our only child. Out of all the centers we toured Children's Campus just spoke to my heart. There was a sense of comfort that I received from the staff. The director, Amy Boyette, is always a pleasure to talk to and always willing to answer my millions of questions. Our daughter's teachers are also amazing. I love the diverse population of the children and the staff. Our daughter has been attending Children's Campus for 9 months and I'm proud to say my husband and I made a good choice. Our daughter has flourish over these 9 months and we know it has a lot to do with the love, support, education and individualized care she gets on a daily basis. Our daughter will be turning 2 on April 1st and she can say/sing the entire alphabet and count to ten. I think that is pretty amazing and so is our daughter.Pleasantly pleased,Mrs. Ingram

I've had 3 children at Children's Campus at Southpoint, from infancy through pre-k, and my favorite thing is that these teachers really love their kids. If you take a tour, you'll see how clean and well organized it is, and they'll describe the great educational programs and tools and activities that they have. The reason we sent all 3 kids there, though, is that we know that the teachers care about our children as individuals - they know them, they pay attention to how they're doing, and our kids love the teachers back. It's wonderful.

We feel very fortunate to be part of the caring environment at Children's Campus at Southpoint. The hours are generous for parents who work outside the home and the flexible drop-off and pick-up times are convenient for those that work from home. Chef John prepares delicious and healthy meals and snacks and saves me from agonizing over packing a lunch every morning. The pre-k program prepared our oldest for a successful year of Kindergarten as well as a stress-free transition. From the 5-star educators to the friendly community we could not be happier with our decision to entrust CC with the care of our children.
