I ❤ Cato. There are 2 stores where I live and I visit both. I purchased a lot of earrings from them and clothes from time to time. They have really great prices.

The employee was very disgruntled that she had to let me into a dressing room even though she was right there and not helping anyone else and they weren’t busy. She informed me I could only try on 6 items so I asked if I could leave the others on the rack upfront and she said it was fine. When I was done with those, I brought them out, told her I was getting those, and tried to take the other 6 back with me to try on. She said I couldn’t try 6 more on. I asked “so I’m only allowed to try 6 on for my entire shopping trip?” And she said yes. She said otherwise it defeated the purpose of the 6 item rule, that she wouldn’t be cleaning any more up (though I was the one that had already put them up and was purchasing them) and that’s all I could try. I left immediately without purchasing anything. It’s ridiculous to have a dressing room and think I’m going to buy things I can’t try on. So sad because im taking a trip to Spain and was very excited to buy a new wardrobe to take with me. I won’t be returning to that Cato, and hesitate to try any others, though I did like the clothes.

The store manager was very rude and needs an attitude adjustment. She needs to learn how to treat customers better if she wants to keep business. And the sales associate needs to be taught common courtesy and better manners!

I order a lot online & it is nice to have a store close by to return items to. If I'm unable to find my size in store, they are also able to order it for me.
