I've been a patient here for over 10 years and will not go to any other PCP. Dr. Rose is very knowledgeable and actually listens to the patient. I recommend her.

Unfortunately, this office requires that you come in person to sign paperwork to transfer your medical record at least several days prior to your first appointment.
It is apparently impossible for them to email the paperwork so that you can complete it and mail it in. In this age, it is unreasonable to expect people to drive into an office prior to their appointment in order to fill out paperwork which could easily be sent to the patient electronically.
Update: Then to top it off, after cancelling the appointment, I continued to receive appointment reminders (6 total, over 3 different mediums). Followed up by a voice mail notifying me that since I had not presented myself to their office in order to complete the above mentioned paperwork, they would be rescheduling my appointment. The one I had attempted to cancel already.
