After over 20k and 5 months of work I have to say I can't believe this place is still open! They turn my 760li into a brick handed me my keys back and didn't charge me! Miss diagnosed my Nissan 2 times it blew up after!!!! My v12 s600 they have had for months still has issues and parts that I paid to have replaced are still in my trunk! From paid work not done to work done and paid for that didn't fix the issue! they fried the power wire to the starter after not disconnecting the batter when the removed the trans!!didn't tell me anything till after! My kia was never right and blew up after repair! I have tryed to contact jay huh the owner for a refund and after no response I guess I'm focused to take them to court!!! All I can do now let everyone know to avoid this place!! 20k 4 cars 3 don't run do to the work done here!! And the 4 was picked up with brand new tires installed one was flat check engine light on and the entire passenger side of my car no longer working! Car was strached up and in worse shape after 20k! You have been warned run!!!! I'll see you in court jay!.

I have been a longtime customer and have never had a bad experience with Carmedix. When I first moved here my car broke down and they were the nearest option. Even after shopping around, they were the best option and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I've taken my car here for oil changes and they always make sure to give me a full report on all things they found, which shows their commitment to keeping me well informed. I had been putting off a long needed repair but they worked with me to get me a very good deal on all parts/labor and threw in a little extra. Jeff always goes the extra mile for his customers and it shows (he deserves a raise).

Great service that didn’t break the bank and excellent communication. I got texted updates, with photos of the issue and what the technician specifically found and did to fix the issue. Genuinely the least stressful and most convenient car tech experience i’ve ever had.

I really don't have words to thank the entire Carmedix team, Jeff and his team, a few days ago my wife's Acura TSX had radiator problems, I took the car to the workshop as always and what can I say about Jeff, to the speed of light took care of everything and in less than 5 hours I had the estimate with the damage to the car, in a couple of days it was ready as new, always giving their best to their clients, the days, the months and the years may pass but I would never go anywhere other than Carmedix, loyalty guaranteed for life. So far so good. I felt like Jeff could have communicated better with me on the job and the price. I was quoted on price and charged almost $1000 more. When I called to inquire about my vehicle Jeff seemed irritated and had a attitude. Poor customer service

My 2012 Camry's front bumper got a small jostle - and the lower engine splash guard popped loose & started dragging on the road. I nursed the car over to Carmedix and talked to Jeff Carter, told him we were headed out of town the next day. He got it into the shop asap, in under 2 hours they'd securely reattached the guard and it was ready to roll - and we got to our family reunion the next day... Many thanks for the fast and effective service!

I recently moved to Durham and Carmedix was the first mechanic I got my car serviced at. I chose to try them based on the numerous reviews about their good service, honesty, and helpfulness.
Since being here, I’ve had my car serviced by them a few times. Jeff is very kind, caring and helpful such as remembering my name, car, previous appointments, and service needs. My first appointment included a full vehicle assessment. Previous dealerships had been recommending a fluid flush, about $1000 worth of work. Carmedix gave me a break down of what was necessary now and what could be necessary in the future. My bank account and I were very grateful for their recommendations and guidance.
Any time I come with a concern or question they make sure to check it out and give me a thorough explanation of what’s going on and my options. Quality customer service and auto care without being overly priced is hard to find. I’m very appreciative of Carmedix.

I needed my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited serviced due to the radiator leaking. The dealer was quoting over 2k just for the radiator replacement. CarMedics did the work AND more for well under that. THANKS CarMedics, you all are great!
